$3.54 to print one Amazon return What a joke. Was cheaper to drive home and print to save them 2cents. Does anyone have good customer service anymore?

Usually a good place that has nice associates and moves pretty fast and a lot can be done there and open 7 days. However, the llast couple of days the have been cranking the music up so that its hard to communicate and today's music had heavy metal that was loud, crude, unbearable and obnoxious. If there is going to be music let it be soft and peaceful.

$4.65 to send a UPS label to be printed to utilize your services plus an additional $3 on top of that plus $0.20 with a piece of paper but if I go over to FedEx print out the label for $0.20 how does that make sense now I know why the big brown van is not being used by a lot of people

Can the employees learn about customer service before working anywhere? The simplest thing, Not greeting ur customers and not making them feel welcome is very unprofessional! Not going there again!

DJ at this store was kind and easy to work with. Not to mention, he helped me out of a huge pickle with a print job when I had a crunch in my schedule due to some travel complications. Hiring people like him makes people want to return to your store. Be sure to give him a raise, and not just a title. Grateful all around! Thanks DJ, and thanks UPS.

Updating my review to also highlight Eli and Bryan for being so incredibly helpful with my packages. They're knowledgeable and so personable. Whoever is staffing this store is doing an incredible job picking team members!
Eric was such a help with my shipment today. He answered all of my questions for some other packages I'm sending out this week, provided wonderful customer service and made sure to find exactly the type of packaging I'd need. I love this location and the rest of the staff, so friendly and hardworking

My husband passed away and I had many problems with forms. This store is great with customer service!
