I have been coming back to this exact location for over 2 years, not just the service I pay for but because of the people that work there. I am always greeted by a genuine smiling face and a helpful individual. I cant say which employee is the best to see whether it be Anjou, Al, Payton or Barb, you will only be treated as the best. One of the best ups stores I've ever used and I've had boxes across the nation. Polite,quick and helpful- could never ask for more. Will be keeping my box at this location!

Exceptional service from start to finish! I came in with a few shipping needs and Barbra was incredibly helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile, explained everything clearly, and handled my packages with care. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and efficient. The store had a great atmosphere and I left feeling confident everything was taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning!

This UPS Store is hands down the best one I’ve been to. Barbra was amazing — super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process fast and easy. She had a great attitude and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend stopping by if you want things done right the first time!

I forgot to write my review, but the other day i dealt with an associate named barbara and she was one of the most kindest souls I have ever met! She took her time and she made sure i understood everything. I highly recommended going here to meet this kind person! 10/10 for me!

Had such a smooth and pleasant experience at this UPS Store! Barbra took amazing care of me — she was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. The store was clean, organized, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

First I’d like to say how extremely impressed I am of the staff at this store. The associates here greet everyone with a smile, but the one who caught my eye was Barbara. Barbara has the most amazing customer service skills I’ve seen as of yet. Everyone who walks in gets a Welcome in and her smile is so contagious you can’t help but to smile back. I was watching Barbara and she was so friendly, patient and her sense of humor is out of this world. When it was my turn she says, What can I do for you, I told her what I thought of her skills and her response was… I love my job, you gotta love what you do to in order to succeed. So if your having a bad day u must come here. Al, Anju, Payton and of course Barbara will make sure your needs are met and your soul leaves happy. Did I say she’s also very beautiful..

I had very important shipment going to china but in china there was issues with the delivery. UPS store got involved immediately and was able to have my shipment return back to me. Thank you ups store at 79th ave and bell rd. for all your help with my international shipment.
