Because of their ongoing premier service, I ship all my packages through this UPS Store. Their team members are knowledgable, friendly, and eager to help. Yesterday, they were especially busy, but their team member not only handled my return package in a timely way, he afforded me the time to answer an important question I had. Kudos to him, this store, and their team members.

3/8/25 Update
The service was still great, I just want to give a shout out to Gavin, Elise, and Elaina. They are very hard working employees and continue to do a great job. They did not ask for a positive review, and I do not know these people. I just appreciated the superior job they did. 😃
I walked in and not one, but two employees greeted me and asked how they could help. I had a package to send and needed some stamps for a letter I was going to send. I have rarely had better service than when Elise? (It started with an E) waited on me. She was cheerful, helpful, and quick! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. She made a great impression, I will be doing my business at this location for sure!

Love going to this store, it is busy but always moving. I will drive out of my way to go here. There are plenty closer to my home.

My go to UPS store. They are quick and efficient. Gavin, hands down is one of my favorite employees. He greets all his customers with a smile and goes out of his way to help.

Love this place!! They are busy during the opening hours and closing hours. They do Amazon returns so that’s a plus! And if you don’t want to wait in line there is a kiosk for Amazon returns! Love that!

Don't count on these folks for a notary. The under-educated half-wit working there today is absolutely clueless about what can and cannot be done. We went to chase bank and knocked it out in less than 5 minutes.

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They take care of all my needs- copies, mailing packages, returning Amazon packages, notary etc.. it’s a one stop shop!

Brian was a super pro. I thought I had a UPS label for my manufacturer return but it was not. But Brian gave me high confidence in his packing and no pressure. A real pro.

Finally getting around to This review. We've used this store dozens and dozens of times, and I spent a lot of money to ship a heavy item, paid Shipnerd a premium to ship something rushed. Dropped off the package as I've done a hundred times, gave the guy the information, he said nothing else was needed, and the very next day they delivered one of the packages that was supposed to go out as a rush, back to my house.....
We used 2 boxes that I already had on hand which I've also done many times with no issues because they put a sticker over it. This time somebody forgot, so my package was delayed causing some issues, and neither Shipnerd or the UPS store that messed this handling up refunded us. So now we've started using other locations or other alternatives. 40 bucks or so isn't much to a lot of people but if I pay for it, I expect to get what I paid for. If you make a mistake, fine, but refund it.
