My experience in this place wasn’t nice. I went yesterday Aug 9,2025 to drop off my boxes it was 2 boxes return for Amazon. And 2 guys one was trainee was getting in I asked them if they’d open they said not until 10 it was 9:10 I cannot wait for I have to work at 10 am, So I said I will be back. And one thing i noticed they saw me struggling with boxes they don’t offer any help.
I came back 3pm because they closed at 4 and I was wondering how their parking lot is full while inside it’s just 2 of them.
I was struggling to open the door for I have 2 boxes not heavy but bulky I was maybe they’re too busy inside I can’t see me at least hold the door so I don’t have to hold it when I’m carrying 2 boxes I have to put down the boxes and used my other foot to stop the door and pull the boxes inside guess what? They’re just there watching me struggling it’s a bad feeling if they don’t help me how about older people they don’t have compassion to others. The other one was a trainee, they’re young guys they suppose to have empathy to help others n that situation. The service was fast because I’m the only customer that time only the way they don’t care how much customers struggle they don’t want to help. Yes, they have a cart outside but I’m already outside of he door st least hold it to customer, not very nice workers.

Do NOT trust this UPS Store with anything valuable or important — especially legal documents.
I shipped sensitive government-issued documents (a U.S. passport and birth certificate) through UPS Store #5320, and they were delivered ripped open, water-damaged, and completely destroyed. I have full photographic proof — the envelope was soaked, torn, and the contents ruined.
When I brought this to their attention and requested a full reimbursement of $266.57 (the total cost to replace the documents and shipping), I was refunded only part of that amount. Worse? Sheryl, the store manager, had the audacity to cut off communication, accuse me of being “threatening,” and then refuse to resolve the matter entirely — all while knowing full well the extent of the damage.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligence followed by cowardice. Sheryl’s refusal to take accountability and dismissive attitude are unacceptable. I’ve since filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General’s office. This won’t just be swept under the rug.
If you care about your packages or documents actually arriving intact, and you expect even basic professionalism from the staff — take your business anywhere but here. This store, and especially Sheryl, are a total liability.

Very Rude and no patience with 82yr old senior who needed help with getting in the door in her wheelchair. She also needed help printing out her AMAZON return label . Dude at desk had her wait for 45 mins before he helped her.

Lisandro and Sheryl went above and beyond to help me with my shipping yesterday. They listened, were knowledgeable, it was easy, fast, and they helped me in a couple of ways that saved me money and stress. You can’t find fair customer service these days, so when I had excellent service I had to let people know. Don’t go to Fed Ex. Lisandro and Sheryl helped me print two emails with ease. If you go to Fed Ex, they make you do it yourself which is time consuming, tedious and very expensive. I’m going to this store to get help from Lisandro and Sheryl for all of the services UPS provides from now on!
