Today i went to the ups store, this nice girl named Alex was working on her own but she handled her work very well. I admired her work. Her personality and costumer service skills were amazing! Thank you!

Have a Mailbox here, and have gotten my fingerprints done with them. I go in almost everyday for various business reasons and the experience is always great. The staff works hard to take care of the customers.

While I understand why UPS employees aren’t a fan of the return services that their parent company provides, I felt very uncomfortable with how much an employee at this location was voicing his disapproving opinions about return customers in front of us (knowing full well I was one while waiting in line). It was extremely unprofessional, and he was so irritated about it that he was also very rude to his peer. Even for shipping services I will take my business elsewhere.

Comment: I had to come in twice for fingerprinting service. The first time I came in employee Manny, was very helpful in informing me what i needed to get this service. I said I would return the next day, he said he would be there. I came in today and he was, but not only that he was working alone this time. I cannot express how important customer service is to me, but what i witnessed and experienced was Top Notch. He not only was able to provide my service, but during my visit, at least 5 people came in and the phone rang twice. Not only did he help me efficiently and fully, he also answered both calls and continued to help the other customers in line in a very prompt and friendly manner. I do not think it is fair he work alone, but that is a company issue, I feel that with the amount of duties he had to perform under such pressure was done in a very well, accommodating, and inspiring way of how one should service customers. He is a very important staff member due to his ability to multitasking, greet each person as they come in, provide services needed promptly, and still maintain an attitude of calm, engaging, and support, where most others would have shown in some way their discomfort for being alone, and doing so much, while being overwhelmed. He shows an air of patience, kindness, and support under pressure, which is rare. As a former HR representative he exemplifies a strong work ethic, appreciation for his job, and maintaining the values of the UPS store. For that and many other reasons I will not only come back for goods and services, I will refer anyone needing A+ customer service in the services your company provides, to this particular location. I think he deserves recognition for his quality, pace, and attitude from the company, because he truly is a great employee. Thank you!

I am very grateful for Mandeep's help. He went above and beyond the call of duty with my requests.
