Went for the sole purpose of using the ATM because I knew the branch was closed already and it was out of service. They really should install a secondary unit.

I never write reviews, but this is the 4th time I go into that branch and a young girl Klariza is always on her phone. Marcos I think is his name seems to always be having to help. She is very rude and unprofessional, I don't understand how she stays working there. Glad they have other competent employees, otherwise I would drive the extra miles just to go to another branch.

US BANK IS HOLDING OUR TITLE HOSTAGE!!! Yes that is correct. We cannot register our vehicle because they refuse to do their job by sending the title to the MVD. We have visited the physical bank location 4 times and called one dozen times getting different answers each time. At this time no one actually knows where the title is and the amount of avoidance and bullsh*tery is comical. It's been 5 months of this.. we cannot use vehicle as we cannot for the life of us get this registered. Legal action will be pursued. As a leinholder this sort of stuff should be very basic and easy!!!

I want to express my anger over the treatment of my mother by card services She has had her Visa Frys credit card for at least 15 years never was late on her payments My father her husband passed away Dec 21st. She is griefing and overwhelmed. They were married 72 years and she got behind on her bills one payment. Your customer sevice people wete veru rude and threatening Very uncalled for. She wants to cancel the card and go to another bank for her Visa

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Avoid this branch. Terrible customer service, terrible lies, and terrible tellers. Best option: close your account and move to another bank. It does not deserve even 1 star. Jorge is a terrible manager with zero customer service skills. I told him I would be posting this note. He told me to go ahead, it didn't bother him.
