Hilda Chavez is the absolute worst person I've ever experienced in a bank setting. Completely unprofessional, refused to deposit my check. This was a check I printed at home from a independent contractor payment, she looked like she had never seen one before..I was waiting for her to complete this deposit when she started asking unrelated questions while taking an unusual amount of time to process it. I asked her if we could just get the check deposited because I was in a hurry. She slid the check back to me and said "go use the ATM". Print at home checks can not be deposited with the app or a.t.m....I said no to using the a.t.m. and asked her to please just deposit it. Instead, she decided to refuse to do her job as a teller, a branch manager, and customer service representative. I have been with US Bank for over 15 years and she made me want to close all my accounts in 5 minutes. A disgusting person in a position she doesn't deserve. Already got a call into the district manager about her.... not something I usually do.Us bank's social media department reached out to me becauseofmy 1 dtar review, and so far they seem to be the only ones that care about U.S bank customers. I know the corporate side forwarded my complaint to the D.M. I requested to speak to the district manager (as my complaint was against the branch manager) and that person would be the next step up... but , nothing. No call, no response to my multiple emails or their internal emails about this.I was expecting more as a 20 year customer. A lot more.. I would bet a twenty I'm not the only person Hilda Chavez has been a C...ontinuous source of inspiration to. People like her do not deserve Management positions.Also, I returned to the branch with the same check a few days later, Hilda wasn't there but the teller I was helped by- guess what- ... had zero problems depositing my check. She was polite and quick.Here's the real problem if anyone is still not getting it.Say you have a payment you absolutely have to make the next day. You get to a branch with 15 minutes to spare... disaster avoided right? No.... Hilda feels like being Hilda and won't deposit it. Now you have late fees, returned checks, fines, overdraft ect.. Such a Hilda thing to do right?Luckily I did not have a problem like that but I could have. And she could have really messed up my situation.

Tried to open a bank account for my LLC and was given the run around from the 2 ladies working the front. They stated I could not open up an account because I was not listed as the owner of the LLC, which I am. I asked them who is listed as the owner, and they looked at the computer and didn't reply. Mind you the whole conversation with these two ladies, not once they asked for my ID to see I am who I stated I am to see that I am the person on the screen. So they just shut my request down for an account for whatever reason they had. Recommend to take your business somewhere else.

I have been a long time customer of US BANK. I always had a good image of the bank, but today a teller made me feel bad. I don't know if the teller is untrained or not, but she is a service worker and should be friendly, but I felt bad because she was looking down on the customer. I think they should understand the customer, not teach the customer.

The three RUDEST women I've come across in a bank setting. They seriously lack customer service skills and communication. I was so fed up, I decided to take my banking needs elsewhere. Those 3 women working around 5pm on Thursday, June 15th made you lose not one, but two customers.

Absolute awful experience every time. A couple of days ago the teller counted my cash wrong.. not a problem we all make mistakes. When I corrected her, she proceeded to call me the B word in Spanish to another teller. I do understand enough Spanish to know bad talking. I simply didn't want to lose 80 dollars because of a bank teller who cannot count.Now today, I decided to opt out of the teller experience completely and go straight for the atm, as I'd rather not be called a B**** after a long shift serving. The machine was processing for a very long time and I let the banker / teller whatever she was know. She said it's been acting up all day and I should just stand there to make sure. I'd already waited a long time. My prior US bank on camelback and 20th st was amazing. Such friendly service.. communicative. I don't know why the standard has to completely disappear for one in a grocery store, but unfortunately it is the only one in my area. I typically don't leave negative reviews, only positive, but it's clear this place needs a wake up call.

I bank with them for both of my side businesses. Customer service is horrible. Train your staff to smile and have some communication skills. Really debating on taking my business elsewhere

The bank teller was very courteous knowledgeable and was able to process my transaction without my card. I would definitely give her five stars!

Extremely rude customer service saw one of the women there whispering things then looking at me when I came in and closed my account with them they put a hold on my account without notice because of a check bouncing and apparently they already had it pending to close so glad to be done using this bank.

HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I was told I needed to set an appointment to set up a trust account. I showed up promplty at 5 minutes to 12. I was then made to wait standing up in the melon section for 30 minutes. When I had an issue with thier unacceptable business practice I was told to reschedule the appointment THAT THEY WERE LATE FOR!!! Horrible little group of women, full of nothing but attitude passed down from thier manager. Go to Wells Fargo go to Chase or Bof A but whatever you do DON"T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

I would encourage anyone considering banking here to run, not walk, in the other direction. I deposited a bank draft/certified check from Canada 10 weeks ago. I kept being told it will take either 6, 8 or 10 weeks to arrive. I then asked where it was once ten weeks had passed, and was told there was nothing anyone can do to help me retrieve the funds that are with us bank, nor can they provide any timeline about when it will arrive. I’m expected to wait, without any follow up, for thousands of dollars I’m relying on, into perpetuity. If I call customer service, I’m told only the branch can help. When I call the branch, I’m told they cannot help. They suggested I “put a stop payment on it”, which is unfortunately, not at all how bank drafts work. So going forward, this branch of US bank continues to hold several thousand dollars of mine without any plans of returning it, or any way I can retrieve it. No one will be looking into this any further, I should just wait endlessly without communication. Unless you want theft and a total lack of empathy or reason, please consider going elsewhere.

Worst customer service at this location. Erick Vanegas and the manager of this bank were very rude to us. We asked if we could deposit checks and they just kept saying “no” with no explanation and looked visibly annoyed when we asked why to understand why they wouldn’t deposit a check for us.

Every time I’ve ever been at this location I’ve had a wonderful experience! Very pleasant, friendly and genuine people. They are very knowledgeable and professional with everyone they come in contact with.
