US Bank has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Do NOT open an account for your child at this bank. It was nightmare having this account and an even bigger hassle closing it. If you ask 5 people at US Bank the same question you will get 5 different answers. Good luck with their credit card offers also. The customer service is horrendous. If you have something to dispute you're SOL.

Huge Kudos to Arnold Gray. I have had accounts with two other financial institutions for 20 + years. I set up an appointment with one institution and the representative was out of the office, so I ventured across the street to my other institution. Both were not able to notarize a title for 3 business days. I took a risk and stopped in U.S. Bank. Not only did Arnold Gray assist me with the most genuine smile, he was the most adorable gentleman I had dealt with in years. Did I mention I was on an emergency work call while Arnold offered to help me? He was kind, neutral and professionally got the job done. After the transaction was completed I asked what I owed, and let him know my husband had a business account with them. He smiled and said, that’s alright, you don’t owe us anything. WOW, U.S. Bank, Gary is the ultimate display of business chivalry. As society moves forward, this is being lost. Gary has made a huge impact with his service, and I will be moving accounts to U.S. Bank.
