This is my first storage unit and so far its been a wonderful experience. Jay was super helpful and nice. Everything was very organized and the set up process was very easy. Highly recommend.

Cheyenne was very helpful on my visit to 59th Ave. and Bethany Storage
She even walked out in the heat to brave the elements and she had the office smelling amazing. She was cleaning the floor when I walked in.

I rented multiple units & a RV space for over 5 plus years. They required renters to purchase their insurance. Sortly after I was notified one of my units didn't have a lock so they say they put one of their's on it why?? Long story short.. with on property security & cameras my unit was robbed and they said the cameras wasn't working on that day! & the insurance company refused to pay out because the lock was damaged not their unit! Made a police report nothing!! Please don't trust this storage facility you've been warned!! 10

Nobody works here. They're not gonna answer your phone calls. They're not gonna open the gates. No one's gonna show up to work to open the office.And they're not going to care.
