One time, a postal worker stole my package right in front of me. The office manager didn't believe me. (I see my previous review detailing this was removed.) Also, at my current address, I often have not received my mail over several years.
Most recently, the post office has not delivered my mail for two months. I have an apartment compound mailbox along the street, and we only have street parking. (The city writes tickets whenever we park in the yards.) Because of street parking, my neighbors always park in front of the mailbox, because there is no room anywhere else. (More cars than room on the street.) Because the mailbox is blocked, I don't get my mail. I don't think I should suffer because other people park there. I have not received several important necessary documents such as my car title, registration, car insurance, and new license plate. I should have received them over a month ago.

The mailman rang the doorbell once and then immediately left a pink slip. Now I have to go to the post office to pick up my package, and the day that the slip said my package would be available for pickup is today. A federal holiday. I would have scheduled for redelivery, but the online system doesn't work and resubmitting the pink slip is pretty much a joke.
The post office doesn't have any signs that say they are closed in or outside the post office, and it says they're open on Google so I went to get my package today only to find the desk room locked up for seemingly no reason. There were several other people that came in and were confused why it was closed.
For a government service, they should clearly mark when they're closed and why. Especially for a random holiday that nobody knew about until a couple years ago, and most people couldn't care less about.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Whoever manages this office needs to be fired. Don’t bother calling, the operator never picks up. They can scan my package fine but cant print out a new label for the one they destroyed while shipping so now my package is being sent back overseas because they can’t confirm my address. The most useless group of people and of course they “service” my neighborhood. Can’t even bring packages that need to be signed for to peoples door they just lead a tag and then close at 4:30. They had better mail service in WWI

Came to drop off a few packages, noticed one of my boxes needed a little extra tape. The front desk guy said “we don’t have any tape for customers” .. you’re a shipping company that only uses tape FOR customers? Never had this happen.

Terrible service. I have spoken to people three times from this location trying to get packages delivered to my door. Refuse to work with me on it, refuse to leave packages though I am home all day for work and it could have easily fit in my locker and they park their truck right outside my apartment door. Avoid receiving deliveries from here if at all possible! They cannot even do arguably the one thing they exist to do. Had a good solution with Amazon being able to deliver all my packages as long as it is not the rare chance they have to come through USPS.

I just want to thank our mailman in 85301, and most especially, the staff in this office for helping us retrieve a package, after it was delivered to a lot number different from ours (the sender placed the wrong lot number, not USPS's fault). Service was fast, staff was very nice and timely in helping me out. It did not take a few mins. And by the time I got home, our mailman was already in our porch with our package. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It contained gifts for my children. I really thought it was a lost cause. What a relief. I wish I asked for the staff's name. Whoever you are, thank you so much. This happened just a few minutes ago. Kudos to USPS!

Pick and choose when they wanna deliver the package to you, instead of doing their job they'd rather make you come pick it up at the office even though your package is completely deliverable

Horrible service! My package was not delivered because it was oversized and didn’t fit in the mailbox. I called this place and as I just got a surgery done I’m not able to go get my package and was advised that someone else could go and pick it up for me. Ended up my friend went by and she was not able to pick up my package. I WOULD GIVE IT A HUGE ZERO IF I COULD!

Same bullshit as everyone else. If it doesn't fit inside the box, pink slip and refuse to deliver. Won't even knock, as if I can't take the box inside.
