Huge kudos to Supervisor John and the amazing team at Arrowhead Post Office! 🙌
I received a notification that my food box had been delivered—but when I went to check, I realized I couldn’t find my mailbox key. Then it hit me… I had left it hanging in the mailbox the other day.
Worried that the food might spoil, I rushed to the Arrowhead Post Office around 3:30 PM and explained the situation. That’s when I met John, who listened patiently and immediately took my concern seriously. He let me know that the route officer may have already ended their shift, but he promised to do his best to help.
With little expectation, we headed back home, bracing ourselves for the worst—thinking the food might go bad.
To our surprise and delight, when we arrived home… the food box and the mailbox key were both waiting safely at our front door.
Incredible service, empathy, and follow-through. Thank you, John—you truly went above and beyond!

I have had a post office box here for about 10 years. I have never had any issues with any of my mail.

Sometimes people really need brains, the places you mailmen deliver to every day, Even if there is a small mistake, it will not be delivered. Moreover, my business address, you used to deliver it directly to the store. I don't know if it's someone else. There is no SMS notification for failed delivery. Is it meaningful to notify me when it is returned?

It’s like there’s no one working in the back. Their parcel bins are always full then you try to knock on the door for someone to come out and help you and they just ignore you then you hear them talking about you in the back laughing please get better employees or train the ones you have as they don’t know what they’re doing they have no People skills. It’s like you lock them in a cave and they don’t know what humanity is or the existence of exterior life

The post office is the post office… that means there will be long lines. Just about every government buildings is like this. However, the staff here work hard to make it a pleasant experience. I have sold several valuable things through eBay and the postal service is extremely reliable and fast. I have never had a missing package, damaged packaged, etc. I can’t say the same thing for other mailing services. The prices here are also very reasonable. Thank you postal service!

the drop boxes need to be repaired so that you can put the packages in again. The handles were removed or broken so now I have to trust that my packages will make it from the unaccompanied drop off counter and into safe keeping.

Super busy on a Saturday. Only 2-3 at counter and almost no forms left at any desk . Use self kiosk if you can! Won't be going back to this location as I was trying to send documents international and no envelopes except priority and needed help with customs forms and could not use self kiosk . Can't ask questions without a 45 min wait.

5 stars! I've never had a bad experience. I think the bad reviews are just from grumps that have a problem with everything.

This place is the worst. I've sent my daughter in to buy a SLEEVE OF STAMPS TWICE NOW. They tell her she doesn't need stamps and just has her pay for the shipping of the mail. The first time was April 23rd, and the mail had not reached its destination. Who know what is to come of this mail they just took from her this time. Just give us the sleeve of stamps so we don't have to go in every single time!!!!!

Staff always has an attitude, and no one knows how to do their jobs or wants to do their jobs for that matter (clerks either don't know what they're talking about or make up stuff; carriers can't match names to names in mailboxes; clerks don't know how to process change of address documents). There is no accountability for anything ever; it's always the customer's fault.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with USPS. The staff was impatient and rude, acting as if I owed them a billion dollars. Every question I asked was met with an attitude, and they seemed completely uninterested in helping. On top of that, the service was painfully slow and inefficient, making the entire process frustrating and pointless. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
