told 15-20 min wait to just drop a phone off to get sent for a trade everything was already done and had my new phone but waited over an hr for them to always have to call someone on the phone to do something or to make sure they are doing it right worst place to ever work with

Refused to transfer information from my old phone for free considering I was buying another phone and have been a customer for over 20 years. Everyone I have told cannot believe it as they never ran into this. I don't know if it was the store or the person who waited on me but it didn't leave much of an impression and I'm making sure everyone knows so they don't get stuck too.

Quick and friendly service. Was in and out within 30 min for a SIM issue and they took care of it.

We came in and waited over an hour. Then I wanted a certain person to help us and I asked 3 times and was ignored on my request. Then when I got the person after 2 hours on questions, I was brushed off. I left and now my phone is in locked mode. I bee with Verizon for over 15 years. When this phone breaks going back to ATT. This company lied on our Wi-Fi also. So done with them

I will be letting Verizon’s corporate know they have a massive problem on their hands at this location. Freddy, as others have said on other reviews, is arrogant and condescending and asking him to do something beyond getting him an upsale is when you see these poor customer service traits come out. What’s wild is, all I was doing was trying to turn in my iPhone 12’s because I already upgraded to the iPhone 15’s at this store. He said because it was past the a 30 day timeframe, which he came up with a December 3rd date, today is December 6th and we didn’t receive our phones until early and mid November. What’s evident about this store, is that they try to get you out of your old grandfathered plan, onto a cheesy a la carte plan, where you will end up paying more monthly. And so Freddy was trying to head in that direction, I took my phones and left the store. Corporate will be called. Do not go to this store.

1000% phenomenal amazing customer service experience with NATHANIEL !!Had a phone failure, knew it was time to upgrade, he explained the options clearly and concise. Handled my info and transfer smoothly. When you don't feel bad, about spending $500, there must be a solid customer service experience...

I give 5 stars. The representatives there have always helped me and my family. They try their best to answer any questions and concerns we have. I have been with Verizon for about 15 years, and I'm planning to stay with them.

Poor customer service from Manager Christopher. Communication style is poor. Needs improvement. On pacing himself during the interaction. Continued to speak over me. No wonder why their store is 2 out of 5 stars. Work on your leadership please. There needs to be secret shoppers sent here from upper management.

Came in on a Sunday to get a new phone. Edgar was great to work with. He listened to my situation and explained the options available. I had to come back as I didn’t have what I needed to buy a new phone. Once I worked that out, I came back and Edgar remembered what we discussed. Genuinely felt cared for and understood. Thanks Edgar!

Abril was very helpful and patient when switching lines for my existing phone. She went over all the options, listened and didn't pressure into upgrading or getting a service plan that was more expensive. This was a great experience, thank you Abril!

Poorly ran store. Apparently they send out 75% of the staff out for lunch at the same time. Also the in store music is ridiculously loud to the point you can’t efficiently interact with the store associates.

I just went to thus store this evening a littl over an hour before the store closed ,to try to upgrade my phone ( i had just finsihed paying this phone off , 1 year and a half early)and they tell me that I can't due to whatever they can't tell me( Dion) us the one who told me that I wasn't qualified. Why I cant be told the truth for whatever reason and they tell u I have to call the company ( which to me its thy're job to do it for me ). This service in the store hasnt changed much since the last time before all th3 remodel and most of the staff they had over a year ago is gone.That's why I dont always go here for the last year and a half don't go to this store much and now I definitely won't go back,for sure.In the past they didn't ask for a phone to turn in for an upgrade which that started me in a whole new contract so I lost my credit and the years I've brought my business to them carried from Ca.I wouldn't even give them a star but this review says I need to put one on so thats ,that.

I was nervous about coming to this location after reading the reviews because it was the closest Verizon to my house but my experience at this location was great. I was approached immediately after I walked in. The sales representative Marcos understood what I needed and was time efficient which made it easy with my 4 & 6 year old.

For the most part, we've been very happy with Verizon and have been customers for years. We went in for an upgrade and Anthony definitely did not provide the level of service we are accustomed to receiving. He tried to be very sneaky in adding Apple Music, additional hot spot coverage and insurance. His poor communication style made it seem like you were getting all that without paying anything extra. And when I asked clarifying questions he danced around the answers. Avoid Anthony or be really blunt and specific with your questions so that you don't end up paying for things you never wanted.

While the corporate side of this company can be, hinky, Lisa and this location is all about the customer! She was on the phone with corporate for over 30 minutes fixing our issues!
