Want in to get a new protective cover for my cell phone. Zach helped me. Best service I've ever had at Verizon.Went first to Verizon at 43rd and Bell. Service was terrible. The young man was useless. He couldn't get me out soon enough. Told me to go to Walmart.

It took me 9 hours to get a simple plan yesterday.Granted my needs were a little more complicated. I transferred a number away from a family plan to my own and also had lost the original sim while traveling and needed a new sim. Anyway:I spent 2.5 hours in a retail store on 43rd Ave and Bell (they were great), 2 hours on the phone, phone number transferred. got a new sim. It was defective. Got another new sim. Doesn't work. Customer care escalated to tier two/three customer support only to find out my account is locked because I tried to transfer three sims in one day. They figured it out in the end, I only needed to visit this corporate store (75th Ave and bell) to finish the setup. I waited there another hour only to be told my account doesn't exist, do I want to start a new account Blabla, and was promptly waved off with the number to customer service (611). So somehow my account and number associated with it disappeared, they couldn't find it in any system.I went home, had dinner, tried to call customer service, that failed (we couldn't find an account associated with [number]). So i went back to two stores, seeing if I can just start a new account. That didn't work, because I don't have energy to wait for an hour to get a number. I wanted to just give up and ask for a refund. They did offer me to sign in and wait, but after 6 hours I'm tired.I finally turned to Twitter (X or whatever) in frustration and publicly vented, and that worked. they were able to help me out in the end it took another two hours. I ended up losing my original number in the end, but I have service now at least.I'm tired.

Let me start off my saying my husband and I have been very satisfied with Verizon so far but this last time at this store has been awful.We originally went in and upgraded both our pixel 6 to pixel 8. The guy that helped us was awesome, we were able to take our new phones and old phones home and transfer everything and drop our old phones off the next day. Two weeks went by and my phone stopped connecting to all wifi. We go into the store and the guy that was helping us was very nice, he said he never saw anything like that before. He offered me a brand new phone because he was afraid of he tried to reset my phone to get the wifi to work that I would lose photos of my newborn baby. I was very appreciative but unfortunately he turned off the cellular to my old phone and so it made the transfer nearly impossible. We sat there for four hours while they messed around with my phone, with a toddler and newborn. At one point the manager Alexandra was getting notifications that were supposed to go to my phone to her phone. He finally gave me my phone after four hours and nothing was transferred. They offered to hold my old phone overnight while we went home to figure it out. Again I was very appreciative. For some reason, my husband got everything to transfer except my texts. When I went in the next day, Alex the manager was very rude. She would turn her back on us while we were talking and explaining our concerns, she was condescending, rolled her eyes, interrupted us. She was unapologetic and would not admit that she made a mistake. Ultimately, I lost all my text messages, which was very upsetting, I lost all the ones from my grandma that passed earlier this year. On top of all that, our phone bill went up because she took the credit off the bill that were supposed to be receiving and we've been on the phone with Verizon to fix it and it is showing her iPhone 14 is showing up on our account now. So that is very concerning. I would definitely not recommend going to this store. Alex was super rude, acted like she was so us some giant favor and would take responsibility for her mistake.

This store has no regard for customers time. I've been here on multiple occasions and the wait is almost always 25+ minutes and "making an appointment" almost never helps....The real icing on the cake is, they almost always tell you to call customer service because they can't help you. I call customer service and they always refer me back to the store or inform me that the store could have definitely handled the situation. It's very obvious that this store is only concerned with selling devices and accessories and has no interest in helping customers modify their account or correcting issues.

Matthew was incredibly rude to us from the minute we walked into the store and had no care for our issues at all. At first he was not helpful with logging in and getting said information and had no care or interest in us at all. I looked to my wife in my frustration and said we should look into switching carriers to T-Mobile, and upon that he rudely directed my family to leave. I don't recommend Verizon as a whole company but if you do make the mistake of going with them, do not come to this store and deal with Matthew. He is a incredibly entitled and large white man with a long beard. Any chance on Verizon's end to keep us with the company was ruined by this rude interaction that I'm sure many more have encountered. As business customers and professionals with the company I have never experienced further unprofessionalism in my life.

I have spent three nights at this store trying to get my phone fixed. But I don't think I have ever been more exhausted with trying to fix one phone! But everyone at this store did everything and more to help me! I want to thank Jeffery, Serena, Brian, Alex manager, and Seth, all for their help!!!! You guys made sure you took care of me and more. Thank you so much! I definitely will recommend the store to you guys. You are down to earth. You don't sugarcoat anything and yes some might find that as being rude but I don't because I work in customer service and I understand that things don't always work so you just have to be patient and be nice.

I was misinformed by a Verizon retailer that my phones were delivered and activated. I never signed for or received these any phones. I went to the corporate store and informed them they were able to give me correct information that my phones were not activated they proceeded and went over and above what they needed to do to make sure that I had a phone, before I left that store, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to get problems resolved in a professional manner both the store manager, Matthew Jefferson and Bryan were AMAZING .

The most unhelpful and unpleasant manager. Lacks the ability to let the customer talk without having to interrupt and cut them off. So disappointing.

The people know their stuff. They know what they are talking about and doing. The store is clean and well kept. Not even dusty. The people are nice. I have gotten my phone through them my galaxy buds2 and my galaxy watch6. The watch was recent and their service is wonderful.

The service was good.I brought my own phone to add to my account. No issues other than the wait. We waited one hour and 20 minutes to be seen and then the service was an added 25 minutes.The communication was good, this corporate store was competent, the staff was helpful and acknowledged the wait times.The reason for the three stars is there is no public restroom. How does Verizon think that’s acceptable? A wait of almost two hours without access to a restroom?A first and last time to visit this store,,
