I booked an appointment at 4:15 but was not able to get out of the office until 6pm and still had to go back at 6:25pm to get my prescription because the doctor forgot! Two hours just to get prescription and I did not even order glasses or contacts from them. They don’t care if you have an appointment they will have you waiting for hours so beware.

I had a great experience with Visionworks. I got in easily, the exam was thorough and the staff spent additional time ensuring I was satisfied.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and I feel comfortable. The doctor advise perfectly fine and the other individuals were really nice and pleasant. Thank you Visionworks

Check in lacked any customer service and appeared annoyed that we were even there, but rest of staff from optometrist to check out lady were awesome. Hard to ding an entire business for the front office staff, we will see if we return again in the new year.

Samantha was very kind and knowledgeable when explaining my insurance coverage. She was also very attentive to my needs even though there were many customers in the store.

Terrible service I came in to pick up my glasses and waited 45 minutes to get help, how long does it take for a member to take my order out of a drawer and send me on my way, never come to this location, what an absolute joke

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and I will return.My only “gripe” would be that I confirmed my appointment seemingly every other day for the 14 days leading up to my appointment by text and email. Fine. But when I then have to verbally confirm in order to keep my appointment, why the barrage of electronic communication requesting confirmation?Once verbally confirmed, I still received text and email reminders all the way up until 30 min prior to my appointment.These persistent texts and emails almost made me cancel all together.However, once in the building, again , the service and compassion of the employees was outstanding.

Very easy to make an appointment online. Everyone was kind and communicative from the time I walked in until I I walked out. Dr and staff were awesome! Highly recommend.

This place is such a joke. It starts you off with an automated voice if you call them and the automated voice will literally ask so many questions that you'll miss the only time slot available. Called back and said that I want to talk to a real person so it transfered me but before I could even say anything they put me on an immediate hold for over 5 minutes and then it just rang and rang and eventually they just hung up on me. If I were you, I'd quit playing these charades with your customers or you won't have any service whatsoever compared to the very little service you might already be getting by being tucked away in the mall. One star for horrible customer service..

Updating my review after receiving a phone call from Samantha, the store manager. I feel a little more assured that my initial experience is not the norm in this store. She was additionally helpful in explaining my insurance benefits to me. I’ll give the store another try another time.After my exam, I browsed the glasses selection and when I was ready one of the exam associates told me have a seat in any of the customer chairs at the tables and one of the retail associates would be right with me. After the retail associate finished her call, she got up and walked right past me without a word, and helped a customer who was picking up a glasses order even though that customer came in AFTER me. I sat for a half hour without even getting a hello and decided to just leave. I’ve worked in various customer service roles for ten years; I understand busy and stressful environments, but that’s not an excuse to not even acknowledge guests in the establishment.This was my first visit to Visionworks, and it left a really bad first impression.
