I Love to bless all of these Pharmacys t with starbucks coffee ir little Ceasar pizza ir circule k Pumpkin spicy coffee & a varity pak of donuts. They are so deserving of such sweet blessings. They work so hard. They put up with sick old grumoy impatient people like me sometimes . So I like to tell them how wonderful they are every chance I Can. God bless them for all that they do .

The only reason why I'm giving a two-star for the store is because the front end staff is really good the team leads excellent but today I went in at 1:25 I waited in line they were helping a lady in front of me they finished up with drive-thru and then once 1:30 hit even though I was in line they said sorry we're closed you're going to have to come back. No I will not have to come back in fact I'm having my entire prescription transfer to a different pharmacy and that's a total of 17 prescriptions that I take for MS Parkinson's and early onset of Alzheimer's. It's really really sad that you guys concentrate more I'm getting more credit cards than you do taking care of the customer and pharmacy.

I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for years and have never felt so discriminated against as I did during my recent visit. I attempted to purchase several gift cards, something I’ve done before without issue, but this time I was treated as if I were committing fraud.
When I didn’t receive a receipt at the time of purchase, I asked the manager, Angie, for one. Instead of assisting me professionally, she treated me with suspicion and disrespect. She stared at me like I was doing something wrong and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other customers.
I am an honest woman and should not have to defend myself for making a legitimate purchase. Angie’s behavior was unprofessional and not reflective of the standard I expect from Walgreens. Her conduct suggests poor leadership, and it’s disappointing to see someone in a managerial position treat customers in this way.
I hope this issue is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to ensure no other customer is made to feel the way I did.

Today my husband, son and I went to get our passport photos taken. We were being helped by a nice lady named Stephanie. She was very nice and quick with the whole process. As she was editing the photos, another lady got behind us waiting for her turn. 2min later a rude lady came also and said “I’m the Walgreens manager on 43rd & Thomas and we never have to wait in line, she needs to stop what she’s doing and attend to us”. She was very rude from the moment she got in line and felt so entitled. Stephanie was very professional and told me that she was going to help the other 2 people and I said that was totally fine with me I was in no rush. She helped the lady behind me and was quick. When Stephanie has to help the “manager from Walgreens on 43rd Ave” she was very nice and professional to her. Yet that manager was responding to her with attitude and being so rude to her. I felt bad so I had to step in and say to stop being rude and continue with her day. The rude lady was telling Stephanie how she ran her store and what protocol was in such a rude manner. She asked Stephanie who her manager was and Stephanie gave her that information and the manager walked out yelling negative things and when she passed the cashier, she went off on that lady also for no reason. Stephanie stayed professional the whole entire time from start to finish. However the other “manager” she was so ghetto and so unprofessional causing a scene for no reason. She felt so entitled and she didn’t even work at this location. Stephanie handled it great and was never rude or unprofessional at all. She deserves a raise!! 🩷

This pharmacy is always and I mean always backed up. The wait times via the drive thru and inside at the desk is at minimum a 15 min wait. Not only are they slow is service they’ve said I’ve had zero refills when the doctor and bottle has refills listed. Honestly don’t waste your time and use a different location or pharmacy.
