I’m giving this review 5 stars based on the store manager! I have shopped here for more than 25 years and the last several months have been a nightmare when picking up prescriptions! Jennifer is the store manager and she is wonderful to help in any way. Unfortunately she cannot run the entire store by herself! The store needs more staff!

Outstanding customer service today. Tesfu, the pharmacist, was friendly and cordial. Got all my vaccines squared away. Jennifer, store manager did the vaccines to help out with wait time. So much better customer service than the store @ 51st & Bell where I was told to Google the new vaccine policies.
Too bad the current healthcare political regime is making it more stressful on patients and pharmacies to complete necessary vaccines.

Drive thru and in-store pharmacy patients are seen by the same clerk. They are consistently understaffed and medications are often delayed. That said, it's a way nicer location than 35th Ave and Dunlap.

Good store with excellent and friendly employees; however, the store consistently has empty shelves and it is run down inside and out to include no outdoor lighting of any kind.

It is used to be easy to get a flu shot here. Now, with their new check-in system, it is a ridiculous, tredious, broken, useless, painfully slow, and full of useless redundances. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to get a simple flu shot.

Walked in crying because my grandmother passed away last night on my birthday. I needed to her some old photos reprinted. The store manager Leslie came up and handed me a box of tissues and gave me a hug and let me know she was there for me. I've never had an employee of any store or in general treat me like that. I hope Leslie can see this review because she helped so much. I hope she can get recognized as a great employee.

Went in for a booster shot and the pharmacist decided I should have the pneumonia shot and was trying to pressure me into the shot, Same Pharmacist that can't have customer prescriptions in stock and you have to drive to a different Walgreens to get it filled, He should be worried about his inventory and leave the shots up to the doctors!

The entire store staff are all friendly and the pharmacy is the best I’ve been to because of the caring staff and pharmacist.

I would give them 0 rating if I could . I've been here plenty of times and every time have had a bad experience. They have horrible customer service and the manager is never any help and he is rude ! Every time I leave frustrated and upset and my questions or needs not meet . I'm never coming back to this location I rather drive farther to somewhere more welcoming.
