If I could shut down this Walgreens I would. I need to speak to Corporate about the Manager Rosa. I'm a customer and when I got my Photo/Print confirmation indicating when the print would be ready. She gave me a smug response saying "it'll be ready when it's ready." I asked to speak to manager and she said "i am the manager." I NEVER DO reviews this is the first and Walgreens needs to reevaluate who they hire to become Managers. What happened to real customer service? Rosa you were not helpful at all. Your front end Cashier didn't even know a number to corporate.

Worst Walgreens in the Valley. From the Zombie apocalypse in the parking lot, to the slow, and pathetic pharmacy. It's a no go for me, and should be a no go for you too.

Super rude pharmacy staff. I needed to pick up my psych perscription- wasn't ready, so they told me 20 minutes. I set an alarm and went up once it went off. They asked me if I remembered how long they told me which I answered "yes, 20 minutes." Pharmacy lady says "well, it hasn't been 20 minutes don't you think. You're gonna have to wait." and walks away. I'm looking to see if I can get my prescriptions filled at another place because no customer should feel like that, especially when dealing with mental health. People, especially pharmacists, should always be mindful of their demeanor since they are in the health field and are dealing with medicine. You never know what someone is going through.

This store is exceptional in every way. The staff is welcoming helpful. Won't go to any other Walgreens I have one closer but I'd rather travel further to get this service.

Had a great photo experience thanks to Beau! My order was stuck processing and unfortunately was not ready when the app advised. Beau took care of us super quick and found my order and was able to get it printed so quickly!! He was very friendly and got us in and out.

Shae was incredibly helpful, he had the jokes and knew his stuff regarding walgreens, he helped me multiple times because I have stupid b**** syndrome and needed it. He was super kind, was wearing his super awesome n95 mask, and he was very respectful. Give this man a raise! :-D

Came in to pick up my prescription on a Sunday. Two people behind the counter. But, they said they are closing for lunch and would not help the two of us that were there before they left. He even looked up my prescription but, the other guy was saying I have to come back. I'm not coming back. They can shelf it.

I was completely having a ton of issues with my health insurance and my drs going back and for basically giving me the run around ! But Megan in the pharmacy did an out standing job helping get down tO the bottom of the issue! Not only did she help me she made me feel like a valued person and she truely went out of her way! I apprecite people like that and more people need to be that way! Killer thank s to Megan and keep being amazing!
