Be aware, They close 15 min before what's posted on the door. IF they only put in as much effort as they do into going home early into their customer service, this place would be a good experience. Until then, this is not a good experience.

On 1/13/2021, I went to Walgreens to pick up an online photo order at the photo area. When approaching the photo area there was a White male, in his 40s, approx., 6'0" and bald in the photo center. This employee did not greet me nor asked if I needed help. This male employee clearly saw that I was there because I was the only one at the photo center. I waited at least 3 mins and nothing until the cashier Sheila was occupied assisting customers. This is my 3rd time having a bad experience with this male individual who I did not get name because he ignored me all three times. Each time I was there picking up pictures, he had me waiting for awhile and I would say hello and still he did not get up from his desk nor asked if I needed help. I understand everyone in life goes through things but if you are working in any job where you have to help customers you should at least be nice to them. I brushed it off each experience with photo pick up until now. I don't know if it's him hating his job or a racial thing against me. All other employees are super nice and active right away with asking if any customer or I need help. It's just doesn't make sense for this male individual to work at the photo center if he is not going to help the customers with any questions and ignore paying customers. I've never had this experience at any Walgreens until now. I would not recommend my family or friends to go to this Walgreens for photo pick up. If they were to ask about Rx or any other items, yes they are fine but I would recommend them not to relay on this useless male employee and ask for help from the helpful employees. Yes, I know you guys are going to think or say, "Well, this Walgreens is in a bad area of Glendale and what do you expect give the guy a break?" This Walgreens isn't about it being in a bad area it's the service provided by this male individual that is horrible. You can go to any store or restaurant in a bad area and receive the best service. If you want to wait along time and have a bad experience picking up photos don't go to this Walgreens. Again, if you need help with finding other products or need to get your COVID Vaccines the staff is amazing other then this male I've been talking about.

They don't accept all insurance for prescriptions. Including certain Medicare and Medicaid plans. Big bummer. I say meditation for All...

All I can say is what the hell is that smell?? Although they filled our script quick it was still to long to be in the building. I was checking my shoes to see if I stepped in something. Wouldn't even take a minute to browse gotta get out.. bleck.. I'm glad I'm not sick cuz I'm pretty sure I would have tossed cookies walking in the door.
