YUNI PLEASE SWITCH JOBS CAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY HATE IT. (PHARMACY) - left honor health with major respiratory issues 11/3/25. They recommended an inhaler and a steroid for now. Pull up to Walgreens a girl (Yuni/Yumi) starts helping us. Right off the bat she is rude, I couldn’t breathe clearly so can barley talk… you can tell she can’t hear me so she just continues to put all my info wrong n say she can’t find it. After my BF taking over she says she can but only has the inhaler. Mind you I need the PILLS badly! After short time she says she can give me three pills which will only last one night but she will have the rest tomorrow. I call today @ 3pm - she says she don’t have them, I asked for a transfer she puts me on hold to come back to tell me she now has them… YUNI IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE DONT WORK IN THE PHARMACY OR NEAR HEALTHCARE WE ARE BEGGING YOU!
Spoke with store manager she didn’t care either you could tell so I just stopped talking n drove off (CHRIS).

Don’t even bother trying to talk to them on the phone. They’ll stick you on hold and never pickup :) sat on hold for over 20 minutes two separate days. The second day I ended up coming in (while still on hold) and everyone was standing behind the counter, not a single phone was answered while I was there.

I got my prescriptions transferred over from Walmart cause I was unhappy with Walmart closing so early at like eight Well Walgreens is closer to my house so I figured I’d go there and you know I gotta stay up till nine right lay the manager. I just talked to at the 35th And deer Valley store tells me they close at like five if you get off at four you’re not gonna make it by five when you work 17 miles away in Phoenix, Arizona

The pharmacy is ran by the elderly and I was in line behind one car for 30 minutes. Happens quite frequently.

We switched to this location a few years back and it has been good. We had a few issues, but they do make an effort to help us. We hope it continues. The staff are friendly and kind. Their work is made harder by greedy pharmaceutical companies and heartless health insurance companies. We are grateful for their efforts to keep us healthy.

I showed up at like 11:45 pm and angel greeted me with a warm hi how may I help you I asked if they knew where the vaporizers were she asked her Associate Colin to help me find it and he was very knowledgeable about where they were which ones were they best buy for my buck! From know on I will make this store which is 4 miles away from my home my Walgreens of choice thanks guys your the best. by the way I bought the Vicks vaporizer and it's working great !

They steal your controlled substances to use personally or likely sell on the side. I've never had to check a stapled pharmacy bag before in my life but when I got home the bottle was empty. My wife had a tooth extracted and was in agony for 24hrs straight because these degenerates have a habit and will help themselves to your prescription. Filed a complaint with corporate which weve also never needed to do with a company before. Disgusting and subhuman, check everything you get before leaving and count them out on the counter.
