It used to be a wonderful store before the renovation. They put in a clinic in the entryway but whoever never moved into it so it's been empty. They had to rearrange the inside to accommodate it. You do that they cut out a lot of products and is kind of emergencies only store.
The pharmacy used to be open 7 days a week from 900 am-9:00 pm. Now they're open 9:00 am-6:00 pm M-F and close at 5,00 pm on Sat. Closed on Sunday.
I got my prescriptions here and constantly running over for something and they had a good variety of products. Not as good now so I just go through the drive-thru for RX's and don't even go in the store anymore.

Great place for all your drugs. Well, most of your drugs. The legal ones, anyway. They've converted us from CVS because they can actually get the drugs in a timely manner. I've moved all my prescriptions to them.

My doctor called in a prescription on 11-2-23. I went to get it last night at 7:10 PM. It was not ready. It appeared to me that the staff seemed more interested in getting out right at 8 PM. To be fair the pharmacist offered to fill it right away, but it would take 20-25 minutes to do. I couldn't wait because I had to pick up my daughter at the school. I went back this morning to be told that it wasn't scheduled to be ready until 11-4-23. This store was a lot better at filling prescriptions in a timely manner. This is not the first time this has happened in the last year. I'm starting to see why a lot of my neighbors have moved their prescriptions to Frys or Walmart. I have an issue that is not cancerous at this time, but if untreated, it could turn into cancer. I was suppose to start the meds as soon as possible.

Every single prescription is delayed or they have an issue. Never had theses issues when we had to go through CVS. I wish our insurance didn’t prefer Walgreens.

This review is more towards the pharmacy. I don't know what happened but whatever it was, I thank you. Maybe 6 months ago or more this place was hard to come to. Slow, frustrated employees, and almost never open. Over the past six months I have come here multiple times and have been extremely happy with their customer service. Everyone I have talked to, during my multiple visits, has been happy and eager to help. They are quick to support and I have never waited more than five minutes. Highly recommend this location now. Whatever they are doing it is awesome.

If I could give a zero I would. Get a daily phone call about a prescription be ready. Went this weekend, they were closed. Drove by Monday and the drive-thru had about 10 cars in it. So yesterday I decide to walk in the store and hop in line and one of the girls that works there drops a sign in front of me and says we close at 5:00. She says come back tomorrow. Their service sucks as well as their attitudes. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Their website lets you schedule flu vaccines all day long. When we arrived at 1:23 for our 130 appointment, we were told, sorry we’re closed at 1:30. Well that’s remarkable, because they would’ve had seven minutes to give us a flu vaccine and then go about their lunch schedule but apparently closing at 1:30 means we stop working before 130 to get ready for our closure at 1:30. Ridiculous

Constantly understaffed. I don't think I've ever been on hold for under 30 mins. They never have all your prescriptions ready. Never have I been to a pharmacy where they don't even answer the phone.
