5 stars for the pharmacy. I'm not sure why this Walgreen's is so much better than the other few I've used in the valley but for one they actually answer the phone, what a concept!!
Other than that, they're always helpful, communicative, get my scripts filled in a timely manner and I just never have problems. Other one's it's been my insurance, medicine not in stock, we're short staffed so we can't get it filled until tomorrow, things like that. While some of that may be true, I feel like this particular pharmacy somehow intercepts those issues before they become a problem. Highly recommend!

The store#04228, w northern Ave Glendale was very clean & well stocked.

No bathrooms? That's not a good way to run your business. This lady had no remorse for someone about to pee her pants. Definitely do not care for customers. If you are making a pit stop do not expect good customer service. Pick up and go

This is the WORST Walgreens! I ordered via online for a pickup ( Covid home test ) to avoid having to go in the store sick. The order stated it would be ready in 30 minutes, 4 and half hours later, no text, no call. I decided to go into the store and get it off the shelf myself. I went to the pharmacy after waiting in line, I showed them my purchase via online. The male tech stated “I can’t just give it to you, it’s a different department and she needs to handle it” directed me to the photo department. After waiting for another 15 minutes, a young hispanic girl came and asked what I needed, explained again the situation and asked me if I had a confirmation. Again, I showed her my transaction along with a confirmation number, however, the order had not been processed but my payment has. She rolled her eyes and replied, “yeah we know and Melanie needs to do that” she began yelling for Melanie a few isles away requesting her cell phone for whatever reason. A few minutes later, Melanie decides to walk up, I asked why is there such a delay to get this order ready? Melanie gave me such a dirty look, no apology, not friendly by any means and certainly not a professional. She had the other young lady, who was equally as rude check me out. I again asked the same question to the most stupid reply “it’s just us two” with an attitude. These two girls just rolled their eyes and continued to go about their personal conversation. No apologies for the delay, nothing! And to make matters even worse, I had other items to purchase and they wouldn’t check me out. Now, I had to go stand in line yet again, SICK! Whoever decided to make Melanie a manager, Shame on you! She lacks professionalism, ethics, customer service and basic human kindness! I will be taking my business elsewhere. No one needs to put up with ignorant people such as these two!

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens seems to have changed lately based on previous reviews or maybe I have just have had better luck, but every time I have needed a prescription they are always super helpful and go above and beyond in finding other Walgreens that do have the medication in stock. Great service and super helpful.

Today I was falsely accused of taking my medications inappropriately by pharmacist Alicia. I have been getting all my medications refilled here for years and never once have I been accused of such a thing. The excuse she gave me why they couldn't refill my medication is because it was a week to early, and the machine they used to count medications is NEVER wrong. She was very abrasive, judgemental, unhelpful, and overall rude!!
Word to the wise, don't use this pharmacy. Save yourself and go elsewhere!!

The female at the register is very rude!!! She should not be the 1st person you see nor deal with. I have been coming here for almost two years! Get rid of the new staff and bring the old back!!!

They need to fire all these people and start fresh with dedicated people. Especially the pharmacy. They never have the prescriptions ready on time. My mom needed some because of some excruciating pain which said it would be ready same day. They said it won't be ready until the next week. Most horrible Walgreens. Also the customer service in the cashier's is the worst.

They always give me a hard time about my scripts.. out of stock...I'm on pain management... yes.... have been for over 3 yrs. Due to total knee replacements that didn't go so great.... they treat me like I'm a druggie.Rude... one pharmacists will tell you one thing, then the other one will tell you something else.Thank you walgreens I'm taking my scripts and going to a small pharmacy.

Ridiculous...prescription sent in 5 hours ago...they Said another 45 min but there is no one here and they are all standing around talking about getting a kitten. Not working and talking...just talking. I ask how much longer since it's been 30 minutes and am told 40 more minutes...why? They literally are doing nothing. My script was transferred here because my regular pharmacy didn't have my meds 5 hours ago. Or I would not be here...and now I'm stuck because I could have to wait somewhere else. But Maybe walgreens could have some training on customer service for the pharmacy dept. They are on power trips at this location (and most locations) and make you wait just because they can sometimes. Plus the guy at counter tapping and staring at Me while I wait isn't annoying at all ?...smdh Ridiculous.

Really disappointed in this Walgreens just trying to buy some breath mints the signs say two for $4, they overcharged me, cashier says sorry those are yesterday's signs. Have to get the manager can't give you a refund without your digital receipt on the I'm on the Walgreens website no receipt. She says you have to download the app to get the receipt I don't know how to use the Walgreens website, download the app, login show where the app and she says oh I don't know where your receipts at I can't give you a refund I asked her a couple times does it just simply take time for the website to update with this type of information no sir she says. Go back to the website lo and behold there's the receipt, real pain to deal with, business should be easier when something this simple

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They will tell you three different lies right to your face. They will say your prescription is being filled and push it right until they are about to close. Only to tell you they only have a partial. It's really ridiculous how absolutely callous and inept they are.
