The pharmacy is horrible if your doctor calls in a prescription, and if you don't call them and tell them you want your prescription the same day, it will be three days before it's ready.. I was just on hold for 27 minutes. I hung up

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. They don’t even deserve 1 star. They were so rude I would have walked out if I didn’t need the medication. I will never go back.

While trying to find an item for a doordash delivery waited almost 10 minutes for someone to respond to the customer service button and the whole time I could hear the person that finally responded (who turned out to be a manager, older bald gentleman with a beard) having a conversation with another employee the next isle over. Then, when he finally responded, he asked me from the end of the aisle instead of walking up to me if I needed help so I walked over to show him the item I needed and he said it would most likely be in the back with their new summer toy set up and that he would go look for it. When he finally saw me again 10 minutes later again having a conversation with the same employee as before it was clear that he hadn't bothered to look for it the way he cussed under his breath. And then just told me he couldn't find it instead. Abysmal management and worse customer service. It's clear why this store has such a low score

Understaffed. Fentanyl heads falling asleep in the front of the store. I tell the staff, they don't care. Pharmacy likes to play "God" with prescriptions. New policy where the main pharmacist has to hand you the medication? It's ibuprofen. Stop playing doctor and hand out the pills.

I come in this store almost everyday of my work week to get my energy drinks for work and sometimes on my way home. Up untill today no problems,the AP lady kept following me around. Why in the world would I steal anything when Im a regular customer and even at that in my work uniform 🤦♀️.

If someone calls at 4:50 pm asking about vaccines and whether or not you need an appointment, perhaps tell people you “don’t do vaccines during the last hour of your shift” before they drive over.

Drop the prescriptions off at 240pm. I’m told they don’t know if the insurance will cover it. Told to call in 30 minutes. Go into the pharmacy 40 minutes later. Asked if I have insurance. AGAIN. Found out my insurance covers. It’ll be 2 hours. Send my husband. Not ready at 5:45pm. He waits. Then, they would only hand over one of the two antibiotics the doctor ordered for pneumonia. Well if you need the other one you can come back. Never using Walgreens again. Plus, not friendly. Shame on you.

Only put one star because I had to. I am the manager over at westbrook vision center and the pharmacy was highly disrespectful on the phone to my front office team and spoke down about our Dr. We are suppose to be a team in the medical field. I believe the pharmacy employees name was KRISSA, KRISTY OR KRISTA. We didn't deserve to be treated so rude.

ZERO Stars if I could! The absolute worst pharmacy since this new Pharmacist has arrived! Thank GOD for the Floaters!!!!.. the Pharmacist that worked yesterday, 07/09/2024, was much more helpful and caring than the one the previous day! I should NOT have had to bring my beautiful 80 year old mother out in 120 DEGREE heat to deal with THEIR issue, as I tried and failed the following day due to the CARELESSNESS OF THE PHARMACIST that worked on 07/08/2024. I highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy until this Pharmacist LEAVES FOR GOOD. I am so disgusted!!!!!!!

Walgreens on 59th tried to tell me I could not get my flu shot on my Insurance. the "genleman":and "lady" pharmacists were not very nice. Finally, I left, went to one on Thunderbird and had no problems. I always seem to have 30 minute waits here, inside or outside. I need to move my presecriptions to pick up at anther location.. They seem to be very unorganized and unprofessional.
