This pharmacy is always and I mean always backed up. The wait times via the drive thru and inside at the desk is at minimum a 15 min wait. Not only are they slow is service they’ve said I’ve had zero refills when the doctor and bottle has refills listed. Honestly don’t waste your time and use a different location or pharmacy.

If I could put less than zeros stars I would!! When I arrived to this store, the person who I believe was the manager was bugged with me making purchases with coupons I needed throughout the day and told me I had to leave!! It is none of their business what I have to purchase if I am a paying customer. The cashier that attended me was extremely passive and simply couldn’t help me, I had register rewards that needed to be printed out, but the moment that receipt paper roll ran out, he didn’t know what to do and only could look at me as If I was okay with leaving without them. Couldn’t get help until another employee came along.
One of the cashiers had a snobby attitude and tried to lecture me on how to read prices and utilize my own coupons. I was extremely annoyed and just left without anything I needed. Completely useless! I am very disappointed with how they operate this store.

Rude cashier couldn't wrap her brain around the fact that her credit card swiper was broken, kept trying to get me to use another payment method instead of resolving the problem. Tried to tell me she couldn't switch registers and she couldn't enter my card manually which I know isn't true. The manager needs to fix his register

This review is for the pharmacy. We were in line at 1:20pm there was only one person ahead of me being helped and another employee was helping the drive through. I came to pick up my ready prescription and was being helped but instead of updating my insurance to lower the cost for me the employee told me they’re going to lunch and i need to come back at 2. My prescription was ready and in her hand but instead of helping me and updating my insurance she decided that was too much work and told me i need to come back later. Poor customer service and simply just rude i was in line and being helped before they were closed.

Curious how you look at customers walking up and finish stocking the 2 boxes you have of candy. Don't come around the counter to ring us up, you say hold on. Well we are customers, there was a line starting because you were stalking. I already don't come here alot because of the pharmacy, I will be frequenting another store, I was in a hurry, I realize stocking candy is very very important but is it important enough to loose customers?? Then you came over did a few things then rung us up, then you ask me if I want to get the Mastercard I'm eligible for, hell na!!! Are you really that clueless??? I even asked you to help us because of how long you were taking to stocking gosh dang candy!!!!I am just kinda shocked, I guess this is a reason your store is empty.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I walked in with my toddler to shop, but needed to use the restroom first. I went to the restroom and noticed you needed a code to unlock the door. I went to the front to ask the lady with fake red hair if I could have the restroom code, this woman literally said I couldn’t use the restroom because they only had two employee’s. Mind you, it’s the middle of the day! That is the laziest thing I have ever heard! I will be contacting corporate to let them know how rude the workers are in this store and I most certainly will not be back.

Went into today to spend 75 dollars worth of hygiene customer service by a pregnant girl named "precious" horrible attitude. Idc if you are pregnant woes you girl. And the old lady with red hair. Laughing and making jokes about the situation. All I got to say is if you wanna treat someone like your on the streets and not at work you can get treated like that. The same energy in return girl. Both of you need to find a new job tbh. Easiest job in the world I have stuff to do all you gotta do is stand there and get paid. Why the attitude don't like your life or what ??? the old lady to acted like she did my email did it wrong purposely and when I asked why it didn't show up on the pay screen for me to approve it she voided my whole transaction so she didn't even put my email to my account so she lied. Worst walgreens I've ever been to. ???

This store is never open until 10pm anymore and they have been closing before their said closing time 10pm with no updated hours posted anywhere.
