I encountered significant challenges with the pharmacist named TIFFANY at this location on two separate occasions. My requests for prescription assistance were met with unhelpful responses, including being directed to another location to check medication availability and being asked to rejoin the queue despite my immediate need for service. This experience suggests a need for improved customer service training or a re-evaluation of the pharmacist's role.

The worst customer service and every time you call them after you spent 20 minutes on hold and when they finally answer the phone, they say to hold again while you wait another 15to20 minutes they just hang up and when you call back there’s 20 other people are waiting on hold again

Been going to this Walgreens pharmacy for over 8 years I have never been treated so poorly till today Frank which is the pharmacy manager was extremely rude and disregarding I pulled up gave them the info they always ask for the guy steps away there comes frank out of no where asking me what do I need when I was literally pretty much put on hold I’m thinking the other guy is grabbing my meds nope this guy frank very rudely says they ain’t ready come back later we are very busy but the way he walked up and spoke to me was super rude I told him I am a customer and we were waiting on the other guy he didn’t care basically couldn’t give me an eta as to when my medications are ready and walked away leaving me speaking to myself

In the year and a half I have lived in the neighborhood and been going to this location, I have had more problems with my prescriptions and their lack of communication on Walgreens part. At first, I thought it was the Pharmacy department now I am realizing it is the whole dang store. I was just rudely greeted by a manager who instead of trying to fix the problem spoke over me and made it sound like I was the one creating the problem. I would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy. GET IT TOGETHER, WALGREENS.

Every time I shop here there is an issue with their supposed “sale” items. Literally every single time. Just a couple examples, one time I went in for cold medicine I think it was well the Walgreens app had coupons on it for the items I was purchasing, well their system was not processing the coupons for some reason, they were adamant that there was nothing they could do about it. I even asked for a manager and said you can see the coupon on my app and that it is legit can’t you just honor it? She said again nothing she could do I would have to call corporate as people have been having issues with the app. Second time I went in and there was a posted discount for an item I purchased and again their system was coming up with it as regular price I said well you have a sign back there that shows this sign, the cashier even went and looked and said oh that’s weird but again refused to honor it!! So since your system or your workers don’t do their jobs by making sure the item is marked as sale in your system you won’t honor what the clear sign says?!? Not to mention whenever I have encountered these things happening it never fails the cashier instantly turns rude. I will no longer shop there and I know this probably means nothing to them but hopefully this helps save future customers a headache.

If I could give zero stars I would...I was at this location the other day to buy some cold medicine and leave. I felt like going in my pjs because it was going to be a quick trip but apparently that was my first major mistake because almost immediately I started being followed by 2 employees as I walked across the store. Then as I proceeded to check out they were both standing behind me starring at me (but pretending not to stare at me and "work"). I felt so uncomfortable, I didn't realize you need to look a certain way in order to not be discriminated and followed when visiting this store. Maybe if the staff actually did their jobs there wouldn't be empty shelves and more customers like another reviewer mentioned.

This Walgreens is AMAZING!!!! I was looking for some lube for personal reasons. And I was having a hard time. That was until this wonderful magnificent and glorious king of an employee approached me. I believe his name is Houston, refer to the picture below. He swiftly assisted me in finding the lube and with perfect execution, won my heart over. Houston, you are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray. You'll never know dear, how much I love you. Please don't take, my sunshine away. This place has gone way downhill. The last 3 times I've gone thru the pharmacy pick up line it's taken OVER 40 minutes, any given time of day. They constantly substitute meds with meds it SPECIFICALLY says not to substitute in my chart. Get more employees or something. It's insane that there's issues EVERY TIME

Pharmacy is the worst They are so slow and do not show Customers. I’ve witnessed this with people in front of me in line and also with myself. They tell me electronically that my prescription will be ready and then I get there only to be told it’s not gonna be ready until the next day. It says if they don’t care Are gonna go home without their medication. Also when I had to get Covid shots for my daughter and me, the pharmacist walked around, angry and confused and ignored the patients that were waiting for shots and medical care. The customer service is terrible and I suggest going to another.

The location is horrible. Julia in the pharmacy has the nasty attitude and treats customers like they are an inconvenience. If you're having a bad day take your behind home. Called to report her and the assistant manager Pearl treated my complaint like it was a joke. I'm calling corporate clearly these two people don't need to work with people.

This Walgreens sucks!! I was here the other day and the girl at the desk was on her phone with AirPods in (as seen in the picture). I was trying to ask for help but she couldn’t hear me so I spent 20 minutes looking for what I needed by myself. Then once I was at checkout she was very rude and didn’t even let me enter my phone number in. On top of that her breath smelt horrendous. I believe her name was pearl. If you want some toothpaste I can buy it for you if that’ll fix your horrible attitude.
