Walgreens is a pharmacy that provides a range of services and products, including beauty items and prescription medications. Customers have had both positive and negative experiences at this location. On the positive side, one customer praised the excellent service provided by Nancy in the Beauty department, who helped them find amazing products that made their face look younger and more vibrant. Another customer was very thankful for the pharmacist who took the initiative to call the customer's doctor after noticing issues with their medication, ensuring the customer received the correct and vital prescriptions. However, some customers have had less satisfactory experiences. One customer was disappointed when a cashier and manager tried to regulate a customer's phone conversation, despite the customer having the right to use their phone on public property. The customer felt the staff were overstepping their boundaries and providing poor customer service. Despite these issues, the pharmacy is generally described as busy but efficient, with one customer highlighting the excellent service provided by Holly, a pharmacy technician, who was able to resolve the customer's insurance issues and ensure they could afford their necessary medication. Overall, Walgreens seems to provide a mixed experience, with both excellent and subpar service depending on the staff encountered.

Most friendly staff I've ever encountered inside a Walgreens. Diane, the front cashier, was very pleased to talk to and made the checkout process quick and easy. Kudos to store managers Ian and Tiffany for great customer service. Michael, shift lead, was especially helpful in finding the items I needed.
