I wish I could give this place zero stars. The pharmacist assistant is not that bright female around her late 40s mexican, I was behind 1 car for 22 minutes in the drive through at 832pm to 854pm Tuesday Dec. 5th 2023 because of this person in front of me who had an insurance issue come to find out after talking to the pharmacist smh.. why would you have people wait behind this car for an insurance issue for 22 mins..? why the pharmacist or pharmacists assistant didn't have enough brains to tell the customer that's having an ins. Issue to come around and park and come in to figure out what's going on with your ins. Instead of doing what she did... she should of said please pull around come In So I can get to the other customers thats been waiting for awhile cause its not fair to them...instead of making everyone else wait for 1 person... that's the right way to do it instead of how this pharmacist or pharmacist assistant handled it.. plus she had no customer service. I'm so done with walgreens and I'll share my experience to more people.

Cashier refused to sell me beer because I wouldn't let him scan my ID. I told him it's not required by law, he said it was Walgreens policy. Ok. Well my policy is to never shop at walgreens again...

Put in an order for some photos using the app. They were ready very quickly and I went to pick them up after work. Quality of each photo is perfect! I am using them to make a shadow box as a gift for someone and was hoping the photos would come out with decent quality. Customer service was great (I don’t remember the name of the gentleman in the photo department). Overall, will be coming here for my future photo needs!!

I just moved in the area and went into this location tonight for the first time. Let me just day, TOBY is AMAZING. Not only is he super friendly but his customer service skills are top notch. He went above and beyond to help me out tonight. I've worked in the retail business for over 20 years now and was so refreshed to see someone who genuinely loved what they do for work. Thank you so much for your help Toby!!

Just yesterday I bought a fan so that I can blow cool air across my neck in such a hot day and an extra special person helped me her name was Angela. I noticed that she was helpful to all the individuals in line but quickly was able to deal with everyone and get to the next customer. I've seen good customer service and all the years of my customer service and this is some good customer service five stars for Walgreens on 51st Avenue and Bell Road they deserve it it's clean it's a nice store

Please, please, PLEASE read this if you are considering buying a gift card here!! I bought a 500 dollar Vanilla Visa gift card here today that turned out to be a FAKE American Express card with some of the numbers scratched off of the front of it. The manager (? Not sure) named Patrick was who I spoke to after realizing it was fake -when I opened it about 10 min after purchase - seemed fairly relaxed about it like it was either a typical occurrence OR he knew more than I did. He refused to help in any way besides telling me to call the different numbers he gave me. He suggested i call my card provider and ask them to dispute the transaction. When I called them, they said the transaction could not be disputed until it posted but that I COULD ask the store to delete the transaction. Patrick said that wasn't possible. Basically, I'm out 500 dollars and don't know what to do. Vanilla said they would open an investigation that would take about 10 days before a new card would be sent. I don't need the gift card in 10 days. I needed it TODAY. So I guess I'll despute it with my bank and cross my fingers they believe this? Obviously, there's a real card out there with 500 someone is spending. The number/barcode on the card that is exposed through the packaging that they scanned, activated, and added 500 dollara to the card with was real and obviously copied onto the fake card. Everything else on the card was fake, including the black part you swipe. So when it was activated at the register, the person who has the ACTUAL card just got 500 dollars on it today. They were probably so happy. Smdh. People are terrible.I just don't understand how Walgreens won't refund me if I didn't get what I paid for?! Patrick said it was not possible. I also don't understand how they wouldn't immediately take all the gift cards off the display until they investigated which ones were compromised?! Not doing so is very suspicious on their part. That really boggles my mind and makes me think Patrick was in on this entire thing.This is TERRIBLE, and I'm super diaspointed and frustrated. I hate to be that person who takes things to social media in hopes a viral post will get action, but I honestly feel I have no choice.

I've been to this location a few times but recently since they have hired Angela as their cashier. it's a total upgrade. her positive attitude and kindness is infectious and leaves you feeling better then when you came in. she goes above and beyond for her customers and always has a smile (which is not always easy to do) Angela you are amazing! this location is Lucky you have you.

I had a gentleman with long white hair treat me very rude and was just generally off putting. I said excuse me sir but. Write I could get out the last syllable the gentleman said what very rudely like I was bothering him for asking a question. I asked if I needed his help accessing the restroom and he said the bathroom wasn’t open and wouldn’t be until 9am when the pharmacy opened. (It was about 7:30am when I asked) I didn’t know about this policy but I feel like I’d been able to use the bathroom early before. I feel like he was lying but regardless the way I was treated was not friendly and I’m pretty sure the gentleman(I wish I got his name) is a manager of some sort. I don’t expect much from the young kids these days with customer service but the older manager types should be setting a better example than this guy.

I was there at approximately 8 p.m. on January 11th 2023. I asked for help over and cosmetics, the cashier a male on the heavier side rolled his eyes at me and then call for some help over there. He himself refused to come over and help me and there's another employee there to that did the same refused to help me. I know customer service is hard these days. I also know the trying to hire the right people is hard these days. But this cashier had no business being a cashier. The rudest cashier I've ever met. I do not suggest shopping there. Or at least don't want any help.

Worst place ever. After about 5 minutes waiting someone clocked in and came over to accept my prescription. He tells me about 15 minutes. I guess everyone behind the counter was too busy to take care of me. 30 mins has passed so I check at the counter where the girl treated me as if I bothered her. Only to tell me my prescription is not ready yet. I then see an old man who came in after me getting his prescriptions. After an hour and seeing others get their items I am leaving. I stop at the front to ask for a manager. After waiting about 5 minutes still no manager so I depart. I will not be going into that Walgreens for anything.I was promptly taken care of my prescription needs at Walmart.

I went to this Walgreens on 4965 W Bell Rd today to get my Covid-19 booster. When I arrived there was no one in line so I was excited that this would not take long. So I check-in provide my Covid-19 card. I go sit in the waiting area. I sat there and waited for 20 mins while the pharmacist continues to fill prescriptions for people who weren't even on site. I felt extremely disrespected since she was the only person able to give the shot. I decided in my mind that at 30 mins I would ask for my Covid-19 card and reschedule at a location that cares more about their customers. Just 2 mins before I was going to leave the pharmacist decided she could stop. This also just happened to be mins before they go to lunch at 1:30p. So I'm not sure customer service was the reason I finally got assistance. At any rate I wont be going back there. On the way out I decided to go to restroom. It was locked and there was a buzzer to ring for assistance to get into restroom. I decided to leave I had done all the waiting I was going to do at that location.

Best Walgreens I have been to in a very long time. Pharmacist Zachary went out of his way to help me get prescriptions straightened out for my boyfriend who has cancer. Catherine called and updated me for which I am very grateful. Thank you both for all the help and best service; truly appreciate it.

I am a diabetic who got my syringes from Walgreens, and for two years I would be purchasing one to two boxes of them, and all the sudden they said because they couldn't find my prescription that they can only sell me a little 10 pack bag at a time.. they were very rude and all but called me a liar about it since they couldn't find my prescription. I just cited to go and buy them from Walmart instead and they were a lot more affordable and much better customer service. I'll never go back for anything to Walgreens again.
