Daytime male manager Chris is on the ball with everything. Greets me by name, always working as well as when I stop to chat with him, has a positive attitude and makes sure things are done promptly.
Jennifer is a jack of all trades: cashier, stocker, helps in pharmacy or wherever needed. A true asset to the company.

This review is specifically for the cashier who was working the night shift the last time I visited the store in September ‘24, to buy makeup and whatnot, Ernie is her nickname and she definitely deserves the highest rating of 5 stars! She was so kind and patient as I was trying to find my account number so that I could use all my online coupons and she had such a genuine caring personality and was so patient with me taking longer than normal because I forgot my glasses at home and couldn’t see hardly anything on my phone screen navigating the app. Most of the night shift from about 6 months ago were mean as heck to me one of them even called the police and had me searched b by 2 female officers when I’ve never stolen anything in my life and have never had anything like that ever happen to me before, 2 police officers went through my bag humiliating me in front of a full store. Of curious shoppers and employees, it was mortifying; of course, they found nothing and let me continue shopping after that, but I’ve barely gone back there at all since that happened, but I’m so glad I gave it another shot because Ernie went above and beyond to provide the best service..it might have been the best service I ever received from customer service before and hands down the best service I ever had at a Walgreens and CVS combined. If you’ve ever been discouraged by the staff at the Deer Valley location that they used to have I would totally go back into that store and give them another shot. I even have $7 in my rewards account too because of her just like she said I would. Thank you Ernie for being such a hard worker and a friendly face in our community.

Was advised a 30 minute wait by the pharmacy. This is hour 2 and still waiting. Lying to customers is not good business.

The other day I bought a knee strap. To my surprise the strap was not in the box. I took it back to Walgreens and the manager switched it out with another one. No questions and no hassle. I wish I got her name so I could give the manager in the purple shirt a shout-out.

I took both my kids to the doctor and the doctor prescribed anabiotic but call them in at different pharmacies one at Walmart and the other at this Walgreens, the prescription was order at 10 AM Walmart pharmacy called me at 12:30 to let me know my prescription was ready so I called Walgreens thinking it be the same and they said it wouldn't be ready until after they had lunch. Pretty ridiculous if he asked me.

I just had the best experience at this pharmacy! The pharmacist was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about an allergy situations happening to my baby. I had just gotten turned away from the pediatric place next door and was feeling anxious, but this kind pharmacist took the time to help me pick out an allergy medication and helped answer some of my questions. Thank you!

I had been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and had to move to another pharmacy, not Walgreens. They have gone downhill, signing me up for auto renewal when I've never done auto renewal and then they fill my scrip without my authorization and then send it back. Well, I didn't request to have it filled and then they fill it for 30 days instead of the regular 90 days that I've done for over 10 yrs. Then I call to speak to someone and a guy puts me on hold and never returns. Then call back and no one answers. No thanks, there is too much competition and the new pharmacy I've moved to is competent and not making these critical errors. I do understand now why Walgreen's has a bad reputation.

So thankful for this pharmacy & their amazing staff! They literally saved us tonight after the most horrible experience at CVS. It’s a Friday night, 3 days before Christmas & despite being busy- the Walgreens team was kind, efficient & went above & beyond to get us the rx we needed for our young daughter. We will only ever use Walgreens from this point on.
