Those with more than 15 units are not allowed at the self-service checkout. Employee cash registers are being dialed very slowly. I asked the manager to open another cash register, and she pretended to do something and left. I've been queuing for 25 minutes now, and there are still a lot of people ahead of me. It's horrifying.
