I don't have a problem with the store itself, or the people who work there. I've shopped there hundreds of times because i've lived nearby for 10 years, and I've never experienced any problematic issues. I'm not frustrated with them, I'm frustrated with the fact that no one has bothered to change their hours of business & I've always worked late hours at the hospital, so I have to pick up a few groceries late. This location hasn't been open past 11:00 pm in a year....but YELP still says it's open until midnight. It's super annoying to drive all the way there and find out you don't have the time you assumed you had to shop...it's closed. Just FYI

Alex at the self checkout was very helpful and polite while the other workers I dealt with have been rude and unprofessional I appreciate him being honest and upfront about everything thank you Alex for making my experience worth it

Typically I love this Walmart because I can go at lunch and quickly shop for what I need. Today, however, I stopped after work to grab a couple things I needed to make dinner. I didn't have my card but I have it stored in my phone wallet. I asked the self check out lady if they took electronic card payment and she looked at me like I was an alien. I told her it's like Apple/Samsung pay but just my debit card stored in the phone wallet. She had no idea and asked if I could just pay with my actual card. If I had my actual card I would have. Anyway 10 minutes and three cashiers later, they DO NOT take those forms of payment. Maybe educate your workers so they don't waste customer time. Also it's almost 2021, update your pay systems.

Well I'm surprised but add Walmart to the list of those price gauging during the pandemic. $10.99 a pound for NY strip steak?!?? Rib eye is always expensive but $12.99 a pound? At Walmart? Never. This opportunistic at best, anti-family friendly at worst.

James at self checkout deserves more recognition that he already gets. If Walmart hired more people like him , stores nationwide would have better reviews. I don't even know him but his welcoming vibes will bring me back to this location every time! TIP: Hire someone like James

If you want the absolutely worst retail store customer service experiance this is the place for you. One (1) full service cashier this evening and more than 15 people waiting for self checkout. To make matters worse the assistant at the self serve was more interested in asking for donations for Phoenix Children's Hospital than assisting customers. Then I requested $60.00 cash back a two (2) minute wait before the money was dispersed and the machine threw out 12 $5.00 bills so rapidly everyone of them fell on the floor. To sum it up, I will drive and extra two (2) miles to shop at a "real" grocery store that believes in customer service!

Walmart Supercenters are great because of low prices, and it is a one stop shop. However, if you want to run in and out for a couple of things or just groceries, I like my Walmart Neighborhood Mart on Glendale. I like the clean shelves and how compact everything is. When I usually spend an hour in the Supercenter, I am in and out in 20 minutes.

The neighborhood stores were at one time concerned about a Walmart Market coming here in this neighborhood. They need not worry because I will never go to this place again. Bashas and Frys have great customer service vs the mediocre interest and out right rudeness I experienced in this store. I went to buy fresh lunch meat and they have a bell on the counter to ring for service. I saw no one so I did one ring. Looked still no one so I called out and asked. No one. Did one ring on bell. No one. Then I called out again. No one. I finally rang the bell several times. A lady with a bell ringing chip on her shoulder came up and slammed a large package of meat in the counter with a pissed off look and said tensely "what do you need?" Wow. I said I needed cracked pepper turkey and then when she removed the meat I needed i also said aid I also need plain turkey. She said this is turkey. Said I know but I saw the writing on the wall at this point and tried to explain I needed two types. She said "well which one then" and I said are we having a problem here? She looked and smiled. I said I would talk with a manager and I started to walk away. she said in a smart a** way " have a good day!" The managers never took my name, number and gave me the old "we will take care of it" routine. I'm sure nothing happened. My mistake on going there. Back to my comfortable and friendly FRYS and Bashas!!

every time I come here 2-3 times a week I can always count on the store being clean items being stocked and great service. There is one cashier that is just outstanding "Robert" I have a daughter that is special needs and he ALWAYS takes time out to talk to her. My daughter just loves him and blows kisses to him and wants a hug NO MATTER how busy his line is he will come around and give her a hug and sticker. She thinks that's so neat she only 5. It's so nice to be able to come to a store and have them treat my Daughter so good.

Customer service is unknown at this Walmart. Especially with manager Marisa. Trying to ad match at this store is a nightmare. I do my due diligence and make sure I am on point when it comes ro following their rules. But almost every time they find something that they will not honor. Almost every time. I know Walmart's rules but Marisa looked me dead in the eye and said they would not honor this item. Even when Wal-Mart's own rules says they should. This is totally unacceptable. I know Walmart does not care about the piddly $150 dollars I spend there biweekly, but I cannot justify spending my hard earned cash at this store. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Thank you, Marisa, for putting a bad taste in my mouth for this particular store. You are an awful manager.

If you are just need groceries I recommend this place over the chaos and frustration from the full sized walmarts. -1 star because I'm not really a fan of its store made products .. Especially meat and dairy. Minus another one because there's always solicitation in front of the store literally every time I come here.
