Once again another Wells Fargo ATM does not take deposits because that is out of service. It was 458 so I drove around the building into the drive-through. All I had was digital wallet so the lady couldn’t take my deposit through the drive-through. With one minute left I drove around the building and tried to go inside to deposit inside the bank and the lady turn the lock as I reached for the door. Then unlock the door open a little bit and said once the doors locked she can’t unlock it nobody can come in. When she clearly could see us coming up to the door when she originally locked it. It’s not my fault that their ATM never does that for function. Yeah I have to be the one who figures out a way to get into another ATM that will work when they could’ve taken care of me right here. So I will walk the 7 miles to the next Wells Fargo ATM. Thank you to the ladies that in such a hurry to leave work that they couldn’t help me. If you hate it there so much make a change. You only live once.

My husband has had an account for about 20 years. Today we went to the drive thru to deposit a check for 2000 and wanted to withdraw a portion.. He was told nothing could be withdrawn as the check is from BMO in Canada. He has previously deposited about 20 of these checks, the majority were significantly higher than only $2,000. He has never had a problem receiving cash back. Upon questioning the teller and requesting to speak with a manager we were then told he could withdraw $400.00, then she changed her mind and stated it would take about 30 days to clear due to a new policy! What a crock, well I have a new policy too and it is to close our accounts there and to discourage anyone fromopening an account. I'd suggest Midfirst Bank.

Yes, the worst branch ever almost comical. How is your ATM always down? when the corporate office is next-door.

I pulled up to the drive thru with 2 vehicles in line in front of me. I waited for 20 minutes before I could pull up to the window for service. I gave the drive up teller my drivers license and was told it wasn’t sufficient for a withdrawal and they were going to send a text to a phone number not related to me or the other signer on the account. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was told I would need to go inside and wait behind the 10 people standing in line to make a withdrawal. I’ve worked in the financial services industry for 15 years and I’ve never experienced such terrible service and difficulty accessing my own money.

Worst service at this branch. There was a line of 8 people and only 2 tellers were working with 4 other people doing nothing or pretending to be doing something. Here again and the same scenario. 2 tellers working and could people pretending to be working on the behind the glass. As you can see Wells Fargo reached out but they did not do anything to change the situation. What is the point of reaching out if nothing is being done? Doing something is better than reaching out.

if you want waste your time, go to this bank location. I had an appointment to open a business account. I sit there almost 2 hours without nobody even cares. Horrible location to open a business account. Only one person to open a business account and he took almost 3 hours with one customer.

This is the WORST branch ever! They are always packed, not enough employees and I always have an issue every single time I come here! Either they mess up my deposit, the tellers never go the extra mile and they have no common sense! I hate this branch! I only come here when I have no other choice and I regret it every single time!

I’ve been to dozens of Wells Fargo’s . I work for a company that uses them. Every morning I am in one . We are not using this location for our new store. This bank makes me dread doing such a quick easy task in the morning. Only 1/2 of the time the drive thru is open. And when it’s not I’m stuck in a god awful long line everything. The workers are as slow as sloths and have zero regards to their customers. Today I stood in here for 30 minutes as an alarm was going off the entire time. When another customer brought it to a tellers attention they laughed and rolls the other teller they already turned it out. And continued on without acknowledging the alarm. This location is by far the worst location I have ever gone to and hope and pray my job allowed us to drive farther to go to a different location. A far drive will be well worth not coming back to this location.

I want to give a shout out to Beatriz for helping me open a bank account in early Julie. I had a rough morning and had to take an Uber to the the bank. The bank did seem short staffed and noticed only 2 bankers available at their desks and 2 tellers at the window. I sat in the lobby and one of the bankers approached me and asked what I needed help with. I let her know I needed to open an account. She immediately let me know I needed to make an appointment and the only openings were 2 weeks out. What annoyed me was her cold and not willing to help attitude. I was in tears by then mainly because my day wasn’t getting any better up until that point. She didn’t have any client waiting in the lobby and honestly felt like she didn’t want to help. So I went and sat back down in the lobby area. I was still crying with my head down and embarrassed because the line was long for the tellers and customers were staring at me. I was looking to call an Uber and upset that I wasted money coming to the bank for nothing. Next thing I hear someone ask me if I needed help and I look up and it’s Beatriz. She saw I was upset and said she could help me and got me some tissue. She was so kind and patient. She set up a checking account and walked me through the process. I was an existing member and she updated all my info and set up my online banking and Zelle. She lifted my spirits and am thankful that she had a cancellation and was able to help me. She’s the only reason I gave a 5 star, she deserves full credit. Thank you Beatriz for your help!

Let me share with you, my experience today.I called WF customer service number and spoke to Leo. I might have been on this call 20 minutes or so, because he was trying to find an available notary. Thusly, found one near home. I was told that I had an appointment at 415p today.I get to the location, stood in line for over 20 minutes, only to be told that they don't have me on the schedule. Colour me upset.I understand that everybody, everywhere is short staffed, but they should have said that they just couldn't today, over the phone, instead of me feeling like I wasted my time and gas.My mistake, not getting the name of who I will be seeing. I've been here almost an hour.

Had to close the account because new fee's were out of control. Our Income changed last year and one of our accounts stopped receiving the direct Deposit required for free account, we constantly had $1000 to 3500 in both checking and savings account's. 2 of 4 account's with Wells fargo. With fees adding up for months, recived no help after calling customer service. we to the only WF office that answered the phone we went to 107th ave and Peoria; only took 3 minutes after asking for return of all the fee money the said no! You have to call customer service, They know we did and thats why we took the day off and still no help.. Called 91st and Glendale office talked to who ever answered the phone about our request about the the Fees. Was told we had to make an appointment, next available was 7 days at 9am.. then she said I can;t I guarantee it's first come first served............. so we waited and went in after 20 minutes was told we will only give you back $5 for each month's fee's. So we decided to close the accounts, They didn't care. Both accounts opened 1996 closed 2022.
