Remember their ads of "having your trust., until we didn't ?" Trust involves not only keeping one's word, but also how you treat customers. Part of having our banking and trusting them with our savings, even something as simple as a notary is not provided. When I checked with another branch I was given a ridiculous story that they do not notarize POA! The staff not only at this branch , but others are neither helpful or considerate of my time and money. I was told to go to the UPS store to have the service there. I'm seriously looking at other options other than an archaic system to deal with my accounts.

Unhelpful branch associates. I received and insurance check, and they told me I had to make an appointment in order to deposit. After finally being able to make an appointment, I was told they don't deal with this often and I actually need to call a number and it would take several days to process it. Why not help the customer the first time I visited rather than wasting my time. My wife then tried withdrawing money from account in order supplement me not to be able to deposit the check and was questioned and almost was refused the withdrawal. Bad customer service and inept employees.

Worst bank I've ever banked with. Got scammed by some person claiming to be selling Maine Coon kittens. I sent a deposit and then drove close to 3 hours to pick up the cat, come to find out it was a scam. I called to dispute the $300 deposit that was sent to the now known scammer through zelle on my bank app, and Wells Fargo won't give me my money back/dispute the charge. I won't bank with these people ever again. And you shouldn't either. Extremely disappointed.

I got a "false" overdraft fee on my account and I called online banking to ask for clarification on whey I received a late fee when I had ended the day with positive amount of money. The gentlemen who I spoke to was not helpful and contributed to reiterate the policy but didn't answer my question. I went it to the branch and was helped by a banker. She was extremely nice and was baffled by the charge, telling me I was positive by the need of the business day. She informed me she would get a manger to come and explain and he was the only one who could reverse the transaction. He seemed very rude, he walked right past me to his own desk never greeting me or explaining anything to me. His response to the helpful banker was "it's a system glitch, before he get me you research it" he reversed the transaction and walked right past my desk never apologies or talked to me. I felt I was a bother because had to come in to escalate a problem for a false fee of $35. The baker then apologized informing me it was a system glitch and the transaction was reversed. I am so frustrated as a customer and feel wells Fargo is taking advantage of their customer and the customer service I received made me want to leave this company which I have been with since 2011.
