It isn't this place, it's Wells Fargo as an organization that stinks. I've banked at Wells Fargo for 35 years, and their business practices have deteriorated dramatically over the last few years. I'm fed up and seriously thinking of changing banks.

Tina Shepherd was vey polite and patient while resolving my issue. I have not been a WF customer in over 10 years, but she was able to assist me after receiving a letter from WF.

Just opened a new checking account today. Tina was the employee to help me set it up and she helped make it easy as pie. I'm happy to be doing business with this bank again.
