I'm adding a 2nd review from my 2nd account, as i still stand by my first review. We met these employees at a local family event and my kiddos loved playing with the tow man in the tow truck.
But my 2nd encounter with them deserves its own review.
I wrecked a week before christmas. Western helped me to access the Christmas toys in the trunk for my kiddos. (Same kids pictured in the other review.) They saved christmas for us. Thank you. The office staff was so kind to make this happen.

Please always keep an eye on your vehicle and do not let these people touch it. My vehicle got towed ILLEGALLY after some random officer waited approximately 20 minutes before calling it in. I showed up having to pay $600+ to get it out, three other people were here too at the same time as me, and one guy had to pay to get 4 cars out that the PD towed. It’s such a scam and the police department needs to do better
There is no indoor wait area, just two wooden benches to sit on outside, a cute little porta potty, and should I even mention the receptionist? Full face of literal pink glitter makeup, I don’t even know how many crystal studs, and the only look I got was glares. No smile, nothing. She looked like that was the last place on earth she wanted to be. Rude, insolent, and honestly just spoke like it was by the book.
Oh and then my car, completely destroyed. The whole ignition panel was torn out, pieces on the floor, paint scratched off, etc. I’m mad at the ignition alone, it wasn’t lightly damaged, the whole thing was torn out. I had to “file a damage claim” and was told someone would reach out in 24-48 business hours about it. Great I still had to pay you $600+ for a vehicle YOU destroyed? Wonderful.
This place sucks, it’s a scam, and the police department needs to be better. Shame on them for contracting with such a shoddy service

I was in a car accident and western towing took my car. I was unable to get everything out of my car at the time. When my insurance company said I could go clean my car where they had it pretty everything was gone. My insurance company said my car was cleaned out the time they got it. Talked to western towing they said they never clean out cars. Well somebody did just saying cause all my stuff was gone.

While no one wants their car towed, these people have been awesome to work with. They’ve made the experience far more pleasant than it could’ve been, worked with me on a few logistical struggles, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

People in the inside are ok. But for it to just be me in here they take so long to pull out my vehicle. They take their sweet time
