I went in thinking I was going to try to be upsold on a ring I wouldn’t be interested in; however, as soon as I walked in Gwen helped me find something I would love. We sat and discussed what I was looking for. I threw her some ideas and she helped me find the ring of my dreams. She even helped me custom design a wedding band to go perfectly with the engagement ring we found together. I’m so thankful that she took the time to listen to what I personally wanted and we conjoined our ideas to find the perfect ring.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Gwen was so knowledgeable, kind, and genuine. She never pressured us and always kept our best interests at heart, helping us find something beautiful that fit perfectly within our budget. I had an excellent experience at Zales thanks to Sahar. From the moment I walked in, she represented the company exceptionally well. Sahar was extremely knowledgeable about the products, explaining features and options clearly, and she provided a thorough explanation of the lifetime protection plan, making sure I understood all the benefits.
She was dressed professionally, and her demeanor throughout the entire interaction reflected the highest level of professionalism. It’s clear that Sahar takes pride in both her work and in upholding Zales’ reputation for quality service. I left feeling confident in my purchase and well taken care of.

My fiance and I have bought a ring and chain necklace and both are beautiful. Always has better prices then their competitors. Also their lifetime warranty was the best purchase I have ever made as it's super easy and convenient to take my jewelry in to get fixed whenever we need to. Not to mention the employees there are always helpful and friendly especially Gwen who is super nice and very knowledgeable.

I went here to exchange a necklace and they didn't have it but they offered to get it from a near by store. They had it in 24 hr. Gwen was supper helpful and helped me find a gift for my nice as well. I highly recommend

BEWARE OF PROMOTIONAL PLANS!!
I have been a customer for multiple years and made multiple purchases. This last purchase I bought over 4k in jewelry, I was on a promotional plan of 18 months no interest. Which ended July 13th, due to many things going on I forgot to make the full payment. I had it set for autopayment of $210 per month. This morning I checked how much I had left to pay and I saw $1838.40 was added to a remaining balance of $611.95. Made multiple calls today with zales credit card customer service and also spoke to Ed store manager. Nobody was willing to help. I understand charging interest on a remaining balance of $611.95 but charging interest on the amount bought is absurd.

She helped me find the promise ring of my dreams and even took the time to show us future engagement ring options.
