I had this storage unit for 6 years and was very impressed as my contents did not suffer from the heat/cold everything was ín pristine condition after 6 years. No water damage either.

Rented storage bin in middle of the month, bit they do NOT prorate it. U have to pay for full month, even if u start it half way thru month.

Very nice mobile home park the mobile homes are reasonably priced for rent and also for lot rent it's in a very good beautiful area that has a good view maintenance on hands and the managers of the park are very friendly and very on top of everything
