They have taken the time to check my tank and explain things to me. They even showed up on a Saturday to fill my tank because they were in the area on an emergency call, and it was such a relief in these cold temperatures- totally made my day. The woman who takes the orders is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very grateful to have Matlock as my servicer.”
