“I went from orange to Green a few years ago - they always have the part I need if not, they have no problem ordering it without anything upfront. So I can get my parts fast.
The people here usually have a lot more knowledgeability on mechanics than the orange place
I never have a hassle with them and have better search engines.
I’ll never go back to the orange place the orange place has cheaper parts as well as in not so great quality.
The rewards aren’t as good, but the service is much better and availability of parts..”

“Our car battery went out today when we took a leisurely drive to Globe Az. Thankfully Sales Associate Violet hooked us up! Tested my battery, ran my codes, and helped with the battery installation. Would of been under and hour if I didn't drop the the main screw that holds the battery down. But again Violet to the rescue! And she took care of other customers as well, shes a rock star! All thier customers were polite and offered help, I weigh barely 100lbs and that battery was probably 40% my body weight. Thank you Violet at Auto zone, It was a fabulous experience, considering i didn't wake up today thinking i was going to buy a car battery.”
