Got charged $100 just in over draft fees. Luckily I have another bank but just bank at Wells Fargo or literally anywhere else. I’ve never overdrawn at all in the last 3 years then the 1 time I do I get charged $35 2x and $30 1x, when I wasn’t even spending anymore money! I sent money from my Wells Fargo and while the money was sending for the 2 days they still were adding on fees. I thought my account was setup to decline when the funds were too low but I guess it got changed without me knowing. Closing account immediately, got scammed for $100. Wells Fargo is so much better.

Horrible customer service. Waited nearly 2 hours to open an account. They sent me to the other location and I continued waiting. This was supposed to be a positive experience for my daughter to open her first account. Taking my business anywhere else!

Rustic building and location...staff seemed a bit uninterested, but still professional. I personally suggest going to the other bank of the West location in Globe... Better customer service in my opinion

You are better off putting your money in a mattress. This bank does not comply to Federal Truth in Lending Laws. They change the terms of your account after you sign up. They couldn't even get a check deposited into my account and we only have one account with them. The excuse was the system didn't read all the numbers??? When I called to find out where the heck my money went John said he would "call me right back". When I called back to find out what was going on - he went to lunch!

Terrible tellers who are disrespectful talking in Spanish when you are walking in or at the lobby counter. Makes me feel uncomfortable like if they are talking about me. Yes my last name is a Mexican name but I’m married to one. The branch manager Ms. Durbin is always on her cell phone when I walk in the branch. Shouldn’t personal calls be handled on your own time Ms. Durbin?

Short staff on Fridays. Long wait to cash a check. People have stuff to do and places to be. Time is money. I do have to say that the staff is good. The 2 that there are. But if you're on grampa time then you'll be happy.

Super unprofessional people in this bank. I used the outside ATM to get some cash and it wouldnt return my card. Tried to get assistance from the teller and she couldn't care less and just said the man behind a desk would check around 4ish. Everyone in that bank just stared at me not saying one word. Worst customer service ever. Its not that hard to say something like I'm sorry, we will be right with you when we can. Thankful I dont bank with them and will never use their services.
