Very disappointing. Did work that was not authorized by me. did not return emails requesting money back. I did not get an estimate, or did I give any OK to have the work done on my car that they did. . Went from an oil change to over $500 in unauthorized work. Don’t deal with these people. Being old and disabled in on a fixed income this really hurt me financially.Service: Oil change

The folks at Dr J's went out of their way to help our family when our RV broke down in Globe. I have never experienced such kindness from all the mechanics involved over the 24 hours that we were stranded. It really restored out faith in humanity. I called and asked about an oil change and Nate gave me an appointment for that afternoon they even rotated the tires. When I dropped off my car I asked Matthew about a part for the cruise control and he explained that my year and model car the parts are no longer available.Sadly the manufacturer is out of business and the older models do not use universal parts. Being an elderly person, I appreciate they didn't try to take advantage of my situation. Thanks guys!

DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR VEHICLE! They should rename this place Globe Clown College. Took my 95 F150 there for a transmission pan gasket because it had developed a small leak. Simple 1-2 hour job that most of us learned in High School auto class. After THREE total trips and the vehicle sitting there for a total of SEVEN days the pan is still leaking. They refuse to give me any type of refund and want me to bring it back for a FOURTH trip. If they can't handle simple tasks like this, God only knows what kind of work they're putting out. Take your vehicle to C&M Services. I told them this horror story, they tightened up the pan bolts and cleaned all the residual oil and fixed the issue FREE OF CHARGE. Good to see there's honest people in this town.
