Overall we've had really great service! We absolutely love the girls (& guys) who work here! We've just been super frustrated with all the new fees that came along with FIB vs when it was Great Western.

I have been trying to get a replacement debit card since Dec. 12th 2022, and as of yet, have not received one. They keep saying it will be here in 7 to 10 days, and every time I go in there, they don't have it. This has been going for 2 months now. Horrible service.

Too busy to see me completing my online application. Empty business to busy to accommodate a walk in. Try another bank to is customer friendly. They Suck!

This bank is absolutely horrid. Everything they do takes forever they put stupid long holds on checks form large corperations. Took 6 months to get me my checks. And there online banking makes u change your password every day. I have not had a signal good experience with this bank in 2 years. Do not trust them with your money. Only giving one star because thats the lowest rank.
