Jon Cook was an amazing sales person, honest and sincere. The whole staff was helpful, it was easily the fastest and least painless experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

I was scared that I wasn't going to get approved for a car but I gave it a try anyway. Zach made the whole process quick and easy at first I called got pre-approved over the phone and when I came into the dealership it took less than a hour I drove off in my 2023 Ford Escape.
No more waiting in a dealership all day!
They even came out to the reservation to pick me up.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.

As a mom of 3 kids I was needing a reliable vehicle. I walked in explained my situation and what I was looking for. John and Sam were able to work the numbers and get me into a vehicle. I had been shopping around for a Ford Explorer and was so discouraged by the Ford dealers in Tucson. I found a vehicle I liked at Courtesy Ford Globe and from the reviews I decided to give them a call.
They sent me multiple images of the vehicle and were able to send me price sheets over the phone via text. They don’t use their new vehicles as “courtesy vehicles” like a lot of other dealers are doing these days - then try to sell you a “new” car with 1500 miles on it with no discount. The new vehicle I found here had 19 miles on it. I had already been pre-approved for a great rate and not a single dealer prior to Courtesy Ford Globe tried to beat it. They sent me a price sheet with 2 better APRs. I drove up from Tucson that day and they have everything ready for me to test drive and purchase. The vehicle price online was also the price of the vehicle. A bunch of dealers in Tucson and Phoenix would have a price online and then $5k of dealer add-ons. I was just so tired of playing games and this dealer does not play games.
Jon in sales and Sam in finance were outstanding and I am very thankful I found them and I am so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend!
