The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting "liability reasons". Maybe that's how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn't have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help!
