“June 13 ordered item from a business, June 17 item indicated delivered to my address—NOT. Talked with 2 agents at Globe Az post office, helped me in several ways—great guys!, located mail truck only to find out it wasn’t our mail truck, he sent me to Skyline Drove, couldn’t find the mail truck, at 2:30pm OUR REGULAR mail person delivered the package!!!YEAH!!! Had to get everyone on board to fix this….it was a new person delivering! Also missed the wedding as package was lost only to be found and specially delivered afternoon before event!! Thanks for all pulling together!!! Didn’t have to file USPS or JCPENNY’s refund. Whew!! Hopefully delivery staff can improve of their services. Thanks to the guys in the WINDOW. Ms. Recipe”

“Went to pick up a package today at this business since it’s an Amazon delivery site, people are friendly and professional, for a small business in a small town they stay open until the last minute. It’s not free to pick up the package here at this location like at every other location in America but they only charge a small fee and the fee is for the week, not per package. Good deal if you got lots of packages to pick up. They will even waive the first fee since Amazon won’t tell you that you have to pay to pick up your package. Much better than the bribe you have to give to the post office in this town to get them to deliver an Amazon package.”
