After moving I stopped and globe and plan to stay a little while so going to the post office to set it up the lady was so helpful after I said the wrong things which sea corrected me and corrected what needed to be it ended up not being painful the post office is very helpful and knowledgeable if you ever need to use them I'm sure you will enjoy it also

I was in need of getting an appointment for a passport and the Globe post office was the only location that had availability. I drove from Phoenix late afternoon and arrived to be greeted by the friendliest postal employee I have ever met. PALMA YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! I thought I had everything prepared for an easy process, however I brought the wrong paperwork. She politely gave me the correct paperwork and walked me through the forms so it was done correctly. Even when I made a "Few" mistakes on the paperwork and we had to restart she was very helpful. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Palma you are a breath of fresh air in customer service and kindness. THANK YOU!!!!!

The new mail truck delivery ppl are not good and mix up mail I don't know how many times I have had my mail delivered in someone else mailbox Globe is the worst branch I have ever dealt with

Amazing work by Palma. We had a large group that needed to get passports accepted, and she knocked them out with no pressure. Palma was our savior today and she deserves credit for going above and beyond. Thanks again.

Went in at 4:10 and they wouldn't let me get my mail. And I've waited on keys for my new mail box since August... it's now January.Update: got my keys finally.

Would give zero stars if I could, they don't even bother delivering your package to your place anymore, they just put on there "delivery attempted" but I have yet to see their attempt.

Took flat rate pkg to post office to mail & was closed. The same day, took a box to UPS & it sent. UPS & Fed Ex are still functioning in Globe, but not the Federal government post office? I saw a Fed Ex truck today out delivering. And I was supposed to receive a pkg from Amazon via USPS & Amazon told me they tried to deliver but I wasn’t home so I must pick up at the post office. It was closed and I was too home. Which means that’s what the post office told Amazon. Liars!

They don't even try to deliver packages, they don't leave the notes to tell you that you have a package to pick up! They just drive by your house.
