I was overcharged for a sale item today at Bashas in Gold Canyon. I asked an employee to correct the sale and she did. First she checked the sale ad to see that I was correct. That part went well.
My complaint is that she did nothing to correct the obvious computer error. She just went back to wiping down the self checkout screen. The next person that buys this product will get stuck for the non sale price. If they have a full basket or aren’t paying attention they will be overcharged. This is POOR customer service.
Why can’t the sale price be shown when I ring up a product? This would GREATLY aid in seeing if I am getting the sale price. Maybe they don’t want me to see it that easily. They just want to show a number at the end that says “wow, you saved X amount of dollars”. Too difficult to tell if you got cheated or not!

Bashas is always clean and friendly. However just like Walgreens and CVS, Bashas is way over priced and for zero reason. They have an app to use to get money off but it's not a lot. And it's not worth it unless there is a sale. I only come here when I absolutely need to.

Robin is extremely rude & causes me to have an unpleasant experience each time I come into this establishment. I overheard her talking about me to one of the cashiers & this is completely unacceptable & unprofessional. To claim to be a manager she is not fit for the role.

Their prices are insanely high, and you will want to tear your hair out, trying to figure out their digital coupons. Once in a while, they have some good sales, but I would rather have lower overall prices than the occasional good deal.

Please staff the check out lines, to wait 20 min on a Sunday 2 lines open with 10 carts in each line, we would like to continue to use Bashas but please try to improve this

Why does their produce always look like someone played baseball with it? And does any of the mgmt ever look at some of the produce displays ....that have rotting food...? ??. Otherwise, it's handy for a quick in/out of an item or two needed in a pinch. As long as it's not the produce.
