This hotel was nice enough but really nothing special. The rooms were tidy and we didn't have any issues with the facility or the room rate.I am cationing people that reserve a room on the hotels website using a debit card. I was charged two times for my one night stay. That's two separate holds for different amounts. After check out both charges we deducted from my account. I spoke with the person at the deck upon check out. She said there was only one charge in their system and that the other charge was something my bank did. She was very curt and acted as though she just wanted to rush me out. The next business day I spoke with my bank and they confirmed that the hotel had indeed run my card and charged it twice. I called and spoke to the front desk of the hotel and the woman was very rude, told me they only charges my once then contradicted herself says the additional charge would be returned to my account AFTER FIVE, YES FIVE BUSINESS DAYS! She ended the conversation by stating "If you don't believe me you can just wait till Thursday." Very rude and very childish response to a legitimate issue. Now I just hope that the funds are returned and I have to wait five days to even pursue the issue.Again, be cautious of booking through the hotel website with a debit card.

We came for Karaoke night after a wedding reception. It was a great time. If you live in the area and find yourself wanting to try something different give it a try. Fun to just watch.Food & drinks: Great

The room A/C smelled like dust very strongly. I really hope they will clean them for future guests. I had to choose either super hot room or stinky room. I chose hot….Also the coffee machine was covered by dust…

Globe BW was preferred for a week long stay but had no rooms available. Room was clean that was nice. I feel they were too strict for a hotel when we were there to visit family btn Peridot, Chandler, and Buckeye. We had a 12 yr old grandson wanting to stay a night or two with us but couldn’t without paying a lot more. Our trip already costing us more than 2600 and 13hr drive getting there. They had a lounge in hotel so word of warning where you park. My 2020 gray super duty truck got bumped into and we didn’t see it before we left. I likely would not stay again due to the tight budget.

beware they steal credit card info here! Was told by employee Abi that they regularly write down guests CC info on pieces of paper as a policy that was directed by ownership. This is against the CC processing terms of service. This happened to me. I even asked the employee not to write my CC # down on a piece of paper, she laughed and said they do it all the time. When I called to complain Abi told me "I'm not her boss" and her boss instructed them to write CC #s down.Immediately after I received a slew of fraudulent charges and had to cancel my card.Great location and nice rooms though. No, I never physically use this card. This card only has auto charges. This card is saved by Expedia... so no, it wasn't exposed by booking the room. It was exposed when YOU didn't follow best practices. I called my cc and they confirmed your terms of service forbids writing down cc numbers on paper. Just take responsibility that you have shit policy's. Not to mention how incredibly rude bri was and became very argumentative and hung up on me. Then not to mention, no manager is on property to discuss this with until next week??? You guys are a joke

We needed an overnight away from home - first time in 4 years! I was happy to find something fairly close to home that had good ratings, fairly reasonable rates, and of course, a pool! Abi took good care of us checking in and we enjoyed our stay.Rooms: We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room. It was great to be able to walk out the patio door and go right to the pool.

I had a reservation at gold canyon best western and due to weather I couldn't get on any flights. As soon as it was announced that the flight was canceled I called best western Gold Canyon and tried to cancel. I thought that due to my circumstances of having my flight cancelled, that maybe Best Western of Gold Canyon would make a one time exception, knowing that in the future I would be visiting the area again. The manager Pat was rude and refused to refund or give me a gift card for a future trip. I would highly recommend looking into another hotel.

I am still trying to get my money back. Five (5) times I had to come back up to the counter because my key didn't work. I finally said I wanted to cancel my reservation and I want my money back. I was told I had to call Priceline. I am still trying to get a refund for a room I never got to stay in because they could not get me a key that worked. Unbelievable! I will never use Priceline again.

No star for this place the manager Pat was extremely rude and tried to charge fees to my bill without me knowing. (FRAUD!!!) And extremely prejudice. I like Best Westerns but not this one. She made our visit miserable.

probably the worst hotel let's just say if you want the experience of living in senior home this is it for 134 a night you too can enjoy the front office calling about your kids that are just being kids on a family vacation mind you I do tell my kids to calm down and remind them to settle down and if you want to go swimming with your kids nope that's out of the question the warden comes and kicks you and your kids out and then calls you a liar that other hotels dont allow your kids/guests not swim and let's bring up the free breakfast or cafe they have here they watch like a hawk on your portions ridiculous so please do your little ones a favor and don't stay here..

Just stayed here randomly and for a last minute need but it turned out perfect! The rooms and property were super clean and smelled fresh despite the interior hallways and lighting giving it a rather dreary-in need of a facelift feel. As a single female traveling alone I felt safe. Front desk staff were friendly and I went to the attached bar for dinner and drinks. Loved the bartender and service. Just an overall chill atmosphere. I'd stay again!

Beautiful unique southwestern theme. Everything was clean, rooms were more spacious than other BW's I've been to, staff was friendly, breakfast was great, amenities were nice, rates were fair. Easy access to the Superstition Mountains. Nice weekend get-a-way from the City of Phoenix. Will definitely return.

This place was ok, not exactly like the pictures on the inside. The outside looks cute and very western. We wanted to see the ghost town nearby so we stopped here. There was a musty smell in the room, so that was annoying. There was a door to the outside, so we were able to prop that open. It was a nice view to the pool. The pillows...the pillows were overstuffed and rock hard. They have a rodeo bar with a lot of excitement going on. It's a drive from eating places.
