Ready to transfer 2.3 M in accounts from Wells Fargo to Chase, the drive-thru teller on 4/7/20 was enough to continue the search for another bank. She was condescending, rude and a poor communicator, beginning her answers with "Like I said ... " She obviously has job security.

BEWARE! Employees are DESPERATE to improve their sales numbers. Anna and Steve offered me $750 to move my Retirement Account money over to Chase. After I had the checks issued to Chase and she deposited the money in the Chase accounts, I was told that Retirement Accounts did not qualify for the promotion. Not to mention I am now stuck with $150 in fees to transfer that money back out. And with the changes Anna did to my checking account, I lost the monthly service charge waiver on my checking account that I have had with Chase for 20 years. And there is more . . . After I complained, Anna called me and apparently wants a "do over". She "offered" to issue me a new coupon code so I could transfer other money to Chase and take advantage of the $750 promotion. Can you believe it!

My mom, husband & I all opened accounts here with Socorro. Very pleased with her service. My mom opened several CDs with Steve through the brokerage side of Chase, where we were able to get a good interest rate, FDIC insured. Steve was awesome!

Manager was a total piece of garbage. More worried about closing the branch and going home then helping a long term customer resolve their issues. He was rude and condescending. Should be fired immediately. Moving my accounts to a different bank as soon as possible. 9/15/17

Reina k was absolutely awful. Literally stared at us until we put our money in the drawer (drive thru) and then just said "what are you doing?" I told her car payment and she came back after making it and just said "here you go" and turned the mic off before we even grabbed our receipt. Soooo disappointed in the service.
