I purchased a Takuma Efoil through MACkiteboarding.com about two years ago. I purchased a 2nd battery for my Takuma battery to extend my enjoyment on the water 6 months later. About 3 months after I couldn't depress button to activate battery. I contacted MACkiteboarding.com and they got in touch with Takuma. Takuma offered to replace the button which without going into specifics, would not remedy the problem. Pat, Cam and the rest of staff @ MACkiteboarding.com stepped up when the Manufacturer failed. They replaced battery and caused me to write a Yelp review, which is my only review ever posted. Thanks again Pat, Cam and everyone associated with MACkiteboarding.com
