I think they are expensive. There is an upcharge to use their service. Could have paid less by going directly to the actual shipper. I could have paid for 2 day delivery for the price I paid for more than a week delivery through Fed Ex. Not happy with this service.

This business is 1000% better since the new ownership took over almost a year ago. This is the only place I would do business with they are friendly, courteous, and always greeting me with a smile. This is a family orientated business one of the postal clerks has a baby and is always in there with her. How great is it she can bring her baby 10 out of 10 recommended. If you haven stopped in lately go check them out.

This postal location is quick and convenient. All the girls are friendly and helpful. They will make sure you save time and money on all your shipments. They checked several boxes that fit some items I was shipping to my family and found out the cheapest option.

It is the only place I like to drop my packages off for all three; USPS, ups, and FedEx. Can't complain, everyone there tries there hardest to help people, this place is just convenient for me.

Not a friendly customer-oriented environment. New ownership needs to learn the definition of customer service "The act of providing services to customers before, during and after a purchase." Once they have your money you are no longer important. Making excuses for poor service is not the answer to the problem.

IF i could give them zero stars I absolutely would!I see in new reviews "under new ownership" dont let that fool you! They have No customer service.Went there on 1/24 to drop off a Fed Ex package. I walked in, there were 2 ladies behind the counter talking to a customer. I walked in and stood there for almost 5 mins without any acknowledgement that I was there. During that time one lady (I believe owner) was talking about their competitor down the street, talking about how terrible their customer service was and how well she takes care of her employees and customers.I literally stood there for almost 5 minutes listening to this very rude and unprofessional conversation. Never once was I acknowledged. You, have terrible customer service. I will never give you 1 penny of my business. I promise I will tell anyone and everyone I know in Gold Canyon to boycott your business.

Shipped holiday cookies from this location. 10 days later, 3 boxes have been delivered and one is reported to be hung up still in Phoenix, not likely to get delivered to Kentucky at all. I specifically requested 2 day priority, they sent first class. Never recieved my tracking numbers from them so had to call them twice to follow-up on the ridicuolously slow delivery. Cookies are no doubt hard as rocks by now...so disappointed.

Sandy lied and told me no service delivers after 3:30 not true, I have a package out for delivery but can't make it by 3:30 they have changed there hours now it's not as easy to get your package on time, also she NEVER answers the phone even when she's not busy, I tried 2 time's today and no answer, it was full not a happy customer at all

My husband went here yesterday to mail a package overnight and he told them USPS and they ended up charging him for FedEx instead. Very unhappy that this happened. Charged us 60 dollars to overnight an envelope with paper documentation in it and that was it. He did not catch it until I asked to look at the receipt which was today so obviously it was to late to do anything now. Do not reccomend using their services if they are going to upcharge you and not send it how asked. Very displeased.
