Absolutely the worst customer experience every time you enter this store. There are multiple reasons why this location is terrible. Staffing is terrible and there is no urgency to take a customer.There is absolutely no cell service for verizon or ATT inside the store. You can't control that, but you can control other aspects like wifi. So don't plan on bringing up an Amazon label to scan because you wont have service or wifi to load it. In addition, the wifi is terrible to non existent. It is soooo slow and most of the time won't connect. Then I'm told to stand outside and try to get cell reception. Fix the wifi!!!! Use a guest network and accept the terms like every other public wifi. Why is there a long wifi password that is nearly impossible to type in correctly?? Get it together at this location!!!I drive to the ellsworth location 15 minutes out of my way and I should not have to do that.**response to follow up of review**Excuses don't fix the problem. If you truly want to find a solution you would. That is what a great business owner would do like myself.

Ya they deliver but wow!!!! They are some of the rudest stuck up old people I have ever seen!! Every time I go in there to drop a package off, They seemed to get an attitude as if I had just set a pile of dog poop on the counter lol they are short, and if I could go anywhere else I would!!! Even when I send a package, they ask me, "Are you sure, are you really sure this is how you wanna send it like this, we'll send it if you're fine with it!"As if I'm doing something wrong. And then when I ask them why, they say ,oh no reason... in like a high school snotty attitude. LOL the people, at least the 2 I've dealt with make me cringe when I see them when I go in there. If your nice, maybe you would like life!!Reply to owner:I truly wish that information would have been offered!!!!!!! The way she talked to me has had me very nervous about the package even reaching its destination. It would have been quicker for her to say those few word, "these are not packaged good, and Amazon won't refund if it's damaged "!!!!!! I would have loved to hear those 12 words instead of a sarcastic attitude lol I would have thanked her instead of wondering "what's wrong with her"

This is my fav UPS Store because of the staff!! YoVonne, Steve, Irene & Oisin are all super fun people, always makes my day to come in!!! Love the greeting cards, come for them & am soooo disappointed to find all the cards were removed!! So until they bring back those greeting cards to The UPS Store I will rarely buy anything. Will come to this particular location to return Amazon packages specifically to see the employees :-)

Will is awesome I don't see him as much now. Irene is miserable I don't understand why she is even in customer service. She has a frown on her face everytime I am in there. She is that way with everyone. She needs to retire.
